From bed3a47dd80629695979bf53df3a2f21097a0409 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: "clementine-oaklight[bot]" <290556973+clementine-oaklight[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Tue, 13 Oct 2026 04:13:17 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] ci: run the suite for pull requests into any branch A pull request stacked on another branch matched no trigger: the `pull_request` filter was limited to `branches: [master]`, so the run never existed. Absent checks read as "not started" rather than "never ran", and a stacked head could only be verified with `gh workflow run ci.yml --ref ` by hand. Stacked PRs are a supported workflow here, and a stacked PR costs the same matrix as any other, so the filter is dropped rather than documented around. `push` stays master-only; the pull request trigger covers feature branches. --- .github/workflows/ci.yml | 7 ++++++- 1 file changed, 6 insertions(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/.github/workflows/ci.yml b/.github/workflows/ci.yml index b637da68..ee50c44d 100644 --- a/.github/workflows/ci.yml +++ b/.github/workflows/ci.yml @@ -3,8 +3,13 @@ name: CI on: push: branches: [master] + # No base-branch filter.
