Expose the declaring methods of lambdas and state machine methods in the new PDB format #1479

In the old PDB format, there is not enough information to determine exactly which source method (or field) produced a given lambda method or state machine type. As a result, we have to use heuristics and approximations. It would be very helpful if the new PDB format exposed this information directly (preferably, using tokens rather than strings).
