Roadmap for fast-foundation 3.x

Hi,

I just stumbled over FAST while evaluating design system Implementations and think it is really a great piece of software, especially for white label design systems. However, I am missing a clear communication about how (and when) FAST will evolve in the next major version. I have read #5901, but this post, together with the published release 3.0.0-alpha.1 on NPM seem to be the only hints about this. Unfortunately, there is no documentation and not even a branch where I could look up the current changes.

So, is there a clear roadmap, release and migration plan for the upcoming version of FAST?
