lookup: remove sqlite3

• relates to Archived (unsupported) packages - JSONStream, leveldown & q etc. #1113

Situation

sqlite3 is deprecated. It cannot therefore fulfil the Hard Requirements:

The maintainers of the module remain responsive when there are problems
