Work on new IPC binding is in progress

Before raising this for review, the goal is to get all existing tests for the previous binding to also pass for the new one.

It currently looks like some more configuration is necessary than before.
@crimson11 to support on this.
Applications provide configuration to someipd so that someipd can configure the communication correctly. (Have config only in one place)
Based on feedback from @crimson11 the layout of the service instances is always the same. This means, that the mw::com config is minimal.
It currently seems like the mapping in the incubator is deviating from the concept above or some details not clearly mentioned in the concept were implemented in an unexpected manner.

@crimson11 and @lurtz will connect to directly discuss the topic further.

Some QNX issues with slow runners. @LittleHuba is monitoring. Currently no actual investigation due to lack of actual errors that would help with the investigation. If problem persists, @LittleHuba will reach out to GitHub support.

CodeQL local runs are currently broken. @LittleHuba is investigating. If help needed to unblock anybody please reach out.

@NemanjaTrifunovicRTRK to open a PR for a TCP based transport solution for the VM gateway.
The agreement is that we use this for an intermediate solution to raise test coverage of the gateway code until the planned PCI based solution for QEMU is available.
