• The final ValidatedConfig adjustment in #17512 was missing from the bundled declarations, causing CI's generated-file check to fail.
• Regenerate the bundle so Builder.config and adapter Vite callbacks introduced in #16986 preserve the optional TypeScript transform while retaining other validated configuration guarantees.
• Keep the generator and drift guard from #11243 unchanged rather than weakening CI or reverting the callback optionality needed for ESLint caching.
