test(view): drop invented CLAUDE.md anchor in guidesRedirectHeadSpec
Reviewer B caught that the Chr(60)-justification comment cited "CLAUDE.md 'Lucee Tag Scanner'" — that label came from a personal memory file, not the project CLAUDE.md, and no such section exists in the repo docs. Anchor the convention on a verifiable in-repo precedent (MigratorViewIconsSpec.cfc, which builds its <svg / <i icon patterns the same way) and explain the underlying "one bad CFC takes the whole suite down" failure mode without inventing a doc heading.
