Spec: to write first (docs/features/F3.6-….md), from the scope row.

GPS as F1.25 sources with Position for my station or a tracked position: NMEA from a serial port or TCP, gpsd, the OS location API on desktop, browser geolocation sent to the gateway (operator only). Feeds F2.2's SmartBeaconing.

Gaps: G17, G30. Blocked by APRS-NET/APRS.NET#203 (sub-issue #204) and APRS-NET/APRS.NET#127.
