Spec: to write first (docs/features/F3.3-….md), from the scope row.

Each RF port's own beacon path (for example WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1), beacons sent on RF as well as APRS-IS, and the map telling RF from IS for what we send.

Gap: G20 (delivered). Builds on F2.2 (0.6.0).
