F1.33 Station lists: show only a list of callsigns and objects #328

Spec: docs/features/F1.33-station-lists.md.

Named lists of callsigns and objects, kept per profile, for working an event (only the volunteers and our objects) or an EOC during a weather event (only the spotters):

• Entries: a callsign with or without an SSID, a prefix*, or an object or item name, each with an optional note.
• Editing: plain text, one entry a line, with Copy list and Paste so a list moves easily to Notepad or another profile. Copy to profile does it in one step.
• Showing: the View filter gains "Only stations in…"; everyone else is hidden, but emergencies always show.
• Receiving: a list in use joins the APRS-IS filter as b/ and o/ parts, so listed stations are received wherever they are.
• Adding: Add to list from a station's Details and from the map.
• Later: alerts and tactical names (F4.7) will use the same lists.

Decided by the maintainer: lists are per profile, and they're plain text that's easy to copy and paste. Everything else is proposed in the spec.

No APRS.NET blocker: the b/ and o/ filter parts are covered by G04.
