F1.35 Desktop web viewer #364

The desktop app (AppImage, Windows, macOS) serves its own station to browsers, view only. Maintainer request, 2026-10-24.

What it does:

• Settings › Web viewer turns it on; it's off by default. It sets the port and who may connect (this computer only, or the local network), and shows the addresses to open and how many are watching.
• The browser app is bundled in every desktop download (maintainer, 2026-10-24), so it works offline.
• View only: browsers see the map, stations, packets and messages heard. They can't sign in, change settings or transmit. The gateway's viewer rules (home privacy, viewer limits) apply.
• Shared code: the gateway's server parts move into a shared library that both the gateway and the desktop use, so they behave the same.

Operator sign-in from a browser to a desktop is scoped for later as F1.36.
