An equation in a remainder, (x mod 4) + 1 = 3, is solved as the congruence it is #1629
From #180, Algebrite's issue 87. An equation in a remainder is not solved:
"(x mod 4) + 1 = 3".ToEntity().Solve("x") → { x : x mod 4 - 2 = 0 }
"x + 1 = 3 (mod 4)".ToEntity().Solve("x") → { x in ZZ : x = 2 (mod 4) }
The congruence is solved. The remainder equation is the same set: x mod 4 = 2 holds exactly when x - 2 is a multiple of 4, which makes x an integer. Yet it is left as a set builder over the whole line.
