Update AGENTS.md for Latexise #822

Latexise has a cross-repo contract with https://github.com/verybadcat/CSharpMath/blob/master/CSharpMath.Evaluation/Evaluation.cs so if roundtripping with that fails, submit a PR to CSharpMath repo too.
