Description

@dougollerenshaw @nickponvert
Hi, convert code fails for the following 2 mesoscope sessions :
session_id:
845444695
846652517

The error is copied below: (get_device_info, and then computer name seems to be missing)
Can we fix this?
Thanks.

    @farznaj I'm working on a PR (#558) to use the allensdk to get the well-known stimulus pickle file that is tracked in LIMS for each session (which should have this field). Would you be able to check out branch fix/issue533 and test this again to see if it fixes it?

    @nickponvert Hey Nick; thanks for your response. I tried it. It failed now for a different reason, copied below:

    File "/home/farzaneh/Documents/analysis_codes/visual_behavior_analysis/visual_behavior/ophys/io/convert_level_1_to_level_2.py", line 414, in get_core_data

    File "/home/farzaneh/Documents/analysis_codes/visual_behavior_analysis/visual_behavior/translator/foraging/init.py", line 40, in data_to_change_detection_core
    handler = ListHandler(log_messages)

    File "/home/farzaneh/Documents/analysis_codes/visual_behavior_analysis/visual_behavior/utilities.py", line 174, in init
    super(ListHandler, self).init()

    TypeError: super(type, obj): obj must be an instance or subtype of type

    @farznaj let's resurrect this and see if it is still a problem or can be closed. Please give it a shot running VBA on the master branch.
