Add the Altinn landscape generator and update the Apps drawings

Two follow-ups to the Altinn landscape page (#3127, #3129, #3130).

The generator is now in the repository

scripts/altinn-landscape/generate.js builds all the drawings on the page. It reads the file list of origin/main in each Altinn repository with git ls-tree, so the local branch does not matter and nothing in the repositories changes. It has no npm dependencies.

If a link points to a path that no longer exists on main, the script lists it and exits with code 1. scripts/altinn-landscape/README.md explains how to run the script, which repositories it needs, how it is structured and how to fix missing paths. The landscape page links to the README and notes that manual edits in draw.io are overwritten on the next run.

Apps now points to the app backend in altinn-studio

The app backend has moved to altinn-studio/src/App/backend, and app-lib-dotnet is no longer updated (last commit 2026-09-21). The Apps drawings now link there and reflect the current code:

• the workflow engine integration (WorkflowEngineService, WorkflowEngineCallbackController) is added to the process engine column
• ProcessEventDispatcher, EformidlingStartup and FiksArkivHost are replaced by the workflow engine, EFormidlingStatusReader and FiksArkivSubscriber
• instance locking is removed (replaced by the aggregate instance-mutation endpoint, #19919 in altinn-studio)
• the Altinn Events receive stack is removed (#19859); apps still publish events
• PagesController and TextClient are removed as obsolete APIs

The app frontend still links to app-frontend-react, which is still active.

The other drawings change only because frames below Apps moved down slightly. Their content is the same, except that the PEP "Used by" link now points to altinn-studio.

Checked with a local hugo build: no errors.
