GLOW — G-Code Generator for Additive Manufacturing
Solo-built desktop app that batch-generates G-Code for Direct Energy Deposition 3D printing from CSV process parameters. Integrates an ML model to predict missing geometry parameters, consists of ~6,000 LOC, it is in active daily use at the LEMAM lab, and cited in a Nature-published paper on accelerated alloy discovery.

Aerodynamic Co-Lead directing aerosurface design and flight analysis across three concurrent rocket programs (the team's first double-stage, first liquid, and second hybrid rocket). Built automated Monte Carlo dispersion tooling using RocketPy, a Genetic Algorithm optimization framework for aerosurface geometry.

Structures Lead for an autonomous hybrid fixed-wing/VTOL tricopter, leading the fuselage design, analysis, and testing. Designed motor mounts, selected fuselage airfoils via XFLR5 analysis, and built modular assembly jigs that resolved recurring manufacturing alignment issues.
