Adds a
ContextStateenum (NORMAL/READ_ONLY/LOCKED) and aSetContextStateRPC toContextAdminService, plus astatefield onContextOverview.Prerequisite for context locking/read-only in
axon-server(companion PR there). Part of the prerequisite work for an upcoming backup/restore feature: a context can be locked (no reads/writes/delete) during a restore's wipe phase, and set read-only (reads only) for post-restore verification.
