I'm Hardik Bandhiya, a Computer Engineering student, developer, community builder and aspiring Developer Relations / Developer Advocate professional from Gujarat, India.
I enjoy being at the intersection of technology + people + communities.
For me, learning technology is not just about understanding a tool. I like to build with it, break it, understand it, explain it simply, and help someone else start building too.

I love communities where people don't just attend events β they leave wanting to build something.
Some of the things I've been fortunate to contribute to:

- π§ College and community sessions around Cloud, AI/ML, Open Source, Git & GitHub
I especially enjoy sessions where people can follow along, build something during the session, and leave with enough confidence to continue on their own.
I like building projects that mix development, cloud, AI, learning and community use cases.
An always-on learning project designed to help learners discover one AWS service at a time, using scheduled cloud workflows and AI-powered explanations.
A developer-community ecosystem focused on helping people connect, learn, build and grow together rather than just collecting event registrations.
One of my AI-focused builder experiments exploring how intelligent tooling can improve developer and builder workflows.
One of the projects in my builder portfolio, created as part of my journey of experimenting with practical products and developer experiences.
I've also experimented with serverless apps, feedback collectors, developer utilities, AI/ML projects, dashboards, learning demos and community-focused tools.
I prefer showing projects I genuinely built or worked on. Forks and repositories I use for learning/contribution are not presented here as my own projects.
Open source played a big role in my journey from learner β contributor β organizer β mentor β community leader.
Through FOSST, GSSoC, Hacktoberfest and other open-source communities, I enjoy helping beginners understand:
- how Git and GitHub actually work
- how to find beginner-friendly issues
- how to make their first contribution
- how to communicate with maintainers
- how to move beyond "just making a PR" and understand the project
For me, open source is as much about people and collaboration as it is about code.
I create content around things I'm actively learning, building or teaching:
AWS β’ Cloud β’ AI β’ Developer Tools β’ GitHub β’ Open Source β’ DevRel β’ Communities
The goal is simple:
Make technical things feel less intimidating and more buildable.
I'm especially interested in opportunities around:
- Developer Relations / Developer Advocacy
- Developer Experience
- Cloud & AI Developer Platforms
- Technical Community Programs
- Open Source Communities
- Technical Content & Developer Education
I enjoy roles where I can combine:
CODE + CONTENT + COMMUNITY + COMMUNICATION
Learn something.
β
Build something.
β
Break something.
β
Understand why.
β
Explain it simply.
β
Help someone else build it.
β
Repeat.
If you're working on developer tools, cloud, AI, open source, developer communities or DevRel, I'd love to connect and learn about what you're building.
