BlockRun replaced OpenJev (self-hosted NLI) with an OpenAI Decisions-compatible endpoint served by gpt-6-luna on 2026-10-07.

  • skills/decide/SKILL.md rewritten for POST /v1/decisions:
    • input plus a questions array; question types predicate, choice (choices) and score (levels); image input.
    • Both rails: free with a key at api.blockrun.ai/v1/decisions, or x402 at blockrun.ai/api/v1/decisions (input tokens at $0.10/1M, at least $0.001 + fee, output not billed).
    • The example response is a live call from today.
    • The old /v1/decide shape is named as legacy (still accepted).
    • The skill name decide is kept so existing triggers and installs keep working; decisions and gpt-6-luna are added as triggers.
  • It is still a skill, not a tool, for the reason 0.52.0 gave.
  • skills/blockrun routing row and the marketplace description now point at /v1/decisions.
  • Version bumped to 0.54.2 (VERSION, package.json, package-lock.json) with a CHANGELOG section.

Merge order: after the gateway PR adds /api/v1/decisions and the enterprise PR adds the free route, so the skill never points at a path that 404s.

Checks (the ci.yml steps, run locally): npm ci, typecheck, build, and npm test (1371/1371) all pass; dist --version matches package.json; sync-brand-numbers --check passes.

BlockRun replaced OpenJev with an OpenAI Decisions-compatible endpoint
(gpt-6-luna) on 2026-10-07. skills/decide now covers POST /v1/decisions
on both rails (free with a key at api.blockrun.ai; x402 at blockrun.ai),
the predicate/choice/score shapes, image input, and a live example
response. /v1/decide is named as legacy. Still a skill, not a tool.
