Mail send not work / code: 550, response: Invalid HELO string  #65

Hi,

I try to config to send my emails to a local smtp server in my network. It fails for the reason the osticket give as HELO command the "LOCALHOST" as own servername?
Unable to email via SMTP:192.168.xxx.72:25 [osticket] Failed to add recipient: osticket@xxx.de [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: Invalid HELO string (localhost))
Have anyone an idea how I could resolve this problem?
