Add optional PostgreSQL storage with
use_postgresql: trueandpostgresql_dsn; SQLite stays the default.The adapter covers operational state and memU memory, scopes rows by tenant/workflow, and restores task bodies, uploads and memory sources into local caches. An owner provisions the schema; the runtime uses DML only. Startup fails on storage errors instead of falling back to SQLite.
New PostgreSQL scopes are supported; automatic SQLite import and native provider-session file migration are not included. Run one daemon per scope. PostgreSQL backups replace local backup bundles.
Validation: Backend tests and PostgreSQL storage CI jobs. Real PostgreSQL tests cover isolation, concurrent writes/account guards, rollback, restart recovery, source persistence and memU extraction/retrieval.
