CodeVetter's native source has changed since published v1.16.0, but its app and bundled CLI/MCP still declare that version. Cut v1.16.1 and synchronize build 11601, the three shipped crate versions, their internal pins, and Cargo.lock so the protected release can qualify one exact source.
The source delta includes SaaSMakerUI adoption, Runs history isolation, and bounded performance/CLI fixes. This version cut makes no agent-productivity claim. Refs #348; its real-task value and testing-speed acceptance remain open.
Validation:
pnpm version:check; 12 version-sync tests; 110 Swift package tests afterpnpm navigator:build; 35 offscreen owner-review renders generated and representative Runs, review, and performance states inspected; native gallery/render contract tests passed. Pre-push lint and secret scan passed (one existing oversized historical-evidence warning). Exact-head CI and the protected native candidate are the remaining release gates.
