Include imported helpers in the experiment identity
When execution-governance.mjs, runner.mjs, or performance.mjs changes, every recorded hash here still matches even though admission, execution, wall-time overhead, and metric parsing can all behave differently. Because the artifact also omits the Git revision, its advertised source-hash check cannot bind or reproduce the implementation that produced the retained measurements; hash these imported helpers (as the earlier speed experiment does) or record a verifiable revision.

The current diagnosis runner repeats Node test executions to collect timing and console metrics. This PR adds a zero-egress parser workload and a reproducible five-pair stage-only comparison of separate versus combined collection, with raw per-arm results and source hashes.
All 45 selected executions passed. The combined path saved 50.33% median paired wall time for this stage, but metric values diverged under shared-host load. The report keeps the default unchanged and identifies full diagnosis verdict, profile/flow, Vitest reporter, memory, and cancellation parity as adoption gates. It makes no agent-benefit or production speedup claim.
Validation: focused Node workload, Biome, docs, syntax, change-size, source-hash and JSON recomputation, plus the pre-push lint and secret checks.
