Summary
The Squad sample in �xamples/squad needs its Copilot/MAF dependency chain upgraded together.
Problem
A direct SDK-only bump was insufficient because newer Copilot SDK builds split CopilotClient into a separate assembly while the published MAF adapter still defaulted its buildTransitive import to an older SDK path.
Expected outcome
- pin the validated GitHub.Copilot.SDK version centrally
- upgrade Squad.Agents.AI
- add/override the matching Microsoft.Agents.AI.GitHub.Copilot version for the sample
- keep the sample AppHost covered by CI with an integration smoke test
Context
This was previously tracked upstream in �radygaster/squad#1449, but the concrete fix belongs in CommunityToolkit/Aspire because this repo owns the Squad Aspire sample and its CI coverage.
