McpInspector - Path Encoding And Dosn't preserve References

Describe the bug

The McpInspector integration doesn't supported relative paths with multiple '/' in the path.
In addition, the integration doesn't add relationships to the mcp servers it is attached to.

Steps to reproduce

var server = builder.AddContainer('mcp-server', ...);

builder.AddMcpInspector("mcp-inspector")
    .WithMcpServer(server, path: "/route/mcp");


Will produce no references between server and inspector.

In addition the url in the configuration file will be url encoded: `/route%2Fmcp`

Expected behavior

Have a relationship between the mcp-inspector and the mcp server.

Have the custom path encode correctly.

Nice catch, I must not have had enough test coverage on there. Let me see if I can get a hotfix out on that.

@tjwald can you verify the 9.8.0 beta that's on NuGet, it should contain this fix. If so, I could backport it to 9.7.x

@aaronpowell The configuration now is correct!
I was surprised that the reference now is from the mcp server to the inspector, since that would mean that the mcp server "knows" the inspector and that the inspector is agnostic, but the opposite is true.
If the reference direction can be switched then that is better -but not a deal breaker.
Also, I see that there is a new endpoint? What is it supposed to do? - I am getting an error when opening it.

probably need some way to have issues not get marked as stale if we're waiting for a release.

Or maybe I should kill the stale stuff, it's a bit annoying.

Anyway, it should be released by the end of the week.
