[Context Fabric handoff] Admit Pingora edge migrations as versioned EA projections #1608

Open

Description

@seonghobae

Ownership boundary

This is the handoff lane from the Pingora edge-migration writer to the Context Fabric owner. It does not authorize edits to ContextualWisdomLab/context-graph-contracts or ContextualWisdomLab/enterprise-architecture-core from the Pingora loop. Context Fabric remains the sole source/docs/ref/PR-state writer for those repositories.

Fresh producer / consumer evidence — 2026-09-01

Pingora edge producer

  • ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway default/integration branch is protected main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991 under organization ruleset 18156473.
  • Bootstrap PR Add Palette journal for profile repo #1 remains Draft. Current exact branch head is 2f221846f14501898225228d3ceada3d3ed40307 on feat/initial-pingora-runtime; no predecessor check result transfers to this head.
  • Exact 59a4853e736b14b587b77fe81e8b716ca27c9308 failed owned coverage (99.15% lines / 97.14% regions) and failed the HIGH/CRITICAL image vulnerability gate because its Debian 12 slim runtime carried 22 HIGH/CRITICAL OS findings.
  • Coverage repairs removed an unreachable duplicate activation branch and added fail-closed proxy/startup characterization. 617877dbc0834b29348a9c40a5e55b46a56b5810 then exposed a rustfmt-only predecessor defect.
  • Exact 70b4343e237f0ba531da2f8c3faaa5e4cdaf0474 proved compile/test, clippy and public rustdoc before head movement, but its least-privilege OCI exercise failed because distroless/base-debian13 lacked libgcc_s.so.1 for the dynamically linked Rust binary.
  • Current 2f221... switches to immutable gcr.io/distroless/cc-debian13:nonroot@sha256:d97bc0a941b8d4be647dc0ee75b264ddbb772f1ac5ba690a4309c00723b23775, preserving explicit USER 65532:65532, no shell/package manager, read-only-root operation, dropped capabilities and no-new-privileges. Exact-head CI/Supply Chain/SAST/Security evidence is being reacquired and is non-transferable from predecessors.
  • .github#1605 is an independent release/security-policy blocker: current immutable post-release Pingora commit 09696b51bc59315353d96686355861604d0bb48c resolves a patched lru 0.18.x, while the exact upstream 0.8.1 release uses an affected lru line and lacks the current pingora-prometheus adapter. No release/cutover is admissible until the policy owner selects and encodes a bounded path; silently downgrading or suppressing RUSTSEC-2026-0253 is prohibited.
  • Current v1 gateway contract deliberately activates one explicit upstream per process. It is not yet authority for arbitrary product routing, identity/authentication policy, customer/business logic, or cross-service data access.

Live legacy-edge inventory relevant to eventual migration

Read-only organization search currently confirms these materially different edge surfaces:

  • ContextualWisdomLab/linux-cluster-ops: live Nginx cluster reverse-proxy/routing and SSL recovery inventory. This is a true shared-edge candidate, but its multi-vhost/TLS/cutover contract exceeds current Pingora v1 capability and must not be cut over early.
  • ContextualWisdomLab/pg-erd-cloud: Traefik is the production-style edge router for /api/*, /healthz, SPA routing and baseline response headers. Product/backend policy stays in the product; only edge routing/TLS/HTTP-policy responsibilities are migration candidates.
  • ContextualWisdomLab/naruon: Kubernetes ingress currently assumes NGINX; Traefik is separately evaluated for gateway/OIDC scenarios and live E2E includes an Nginx reverse-proxy fixture. Authentication/Keycloak ownership must not move into Pingora; only transport/edge responsibilities may project as a migration.
  • Static-file Nginx containers such as scopeweave, LineageWeave, and inkspan are not automatically shared-edge migrations merely because they use Nginx; responsibility boundary must be proven before adding them to the queue.
  • life-os deliberately keeps product workloads ClusterIP-only and delegates ingress/service-mesh to a separately managed edge namespace; repository base manifests are therefore not evidence of an active embedded Nginx edge.
  • No OpenResty usage was found in the current organization code search.

Context Graph dependency — read only

EA consumer dependency — read only

Projection requested from the Context Fabric owner

Once both producer and shared-kernel evidence are immutable, model each approved migration as a versioned projection rather than copied runtime state:

current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution

For each migration, link the affected application/service/API, current and target technology component/version/provider, lifecycle, owner, security/operability risk, dependency, cutover state, rollback state, and acceptance evidence. Preserve source authority/provenance from the released Context Assertion event. Do not copy request bodies, headers/cookies, customer data, runtime logs, credentials, auth decisions, or product-domain facts into Context Graph/EA authoritative tables. Do not use cross-service SQL.

RED acceptance

  1. pingora-gateway PR Add Palette journal for profile repo #1 is Draft/unreleased and current exact-head gates are not yet established as terminal GREEN.
  2. .github#1605 remains an unresolved Pingora exact-release/security-policy decision.
  3. Context Graph Context Assertion/CloudEvent semantics are not yet an immutable released dependency.
  4. EA ⚡ Bolt: JSON 파싱 성능 최적화 #40 is Draft and explicitly provisional against the open Context Graph owner path.
  5. No migration candidate may be represented as completed or production-cut-over from repository prose/search evidence alone.

GREEN acceptance

For a concrete migration instance, require all of the following before authoritative EA admission:

  1. immutable released Context Graph contract bundle containing the exact Context Assertion + CloudEvent semantic profile consumed by EA, with schema/conformance/admission/provenance evidence;
  2. immutable Pingora gateway release from the then-live protected integration branch, with exact source/artifact identity, resolved dependency-security policy, required security/SBOM/provenance, realistic traffic/TLS/failure tests, and owned production statement/branch coverage gates satisfied;
  3. executable parity evidence against the legacy edge contract, followed by explicit shadow/canary evidence, production cutover evidence, graceful rollback evidence, and only then legacy-removal evidence;
  4. EA projection preserves current/target component and interface identities, version/provider/lifecycle, initiative/scenario, owner, security/operability impact, temporal truth and provenance without taking ownership of runtime/product facts;
  5. any missing or drifting schema/profile/admission/conformance evidence fails closed as a migration defect rather than being inferred.

Keep this issue as the cross-loop handoff surface; update exact refs/evidence here rather than writing Context Graph or EA source/PR state from the Pingora loop.

Pingora edge-migration owner handoff, fresh 2026-09-01 evidence.

    • ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#1 remains Draft against main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991; exact current head is f07e1aa7e70351838e185f6abbf7e27abb7b6512. Organization ruleset 18156473 is active. Current-head hosted evidence is reacquiring: CI 33520618779 in progress; Supply Chain 33520618753, SAST Semgrep 33520618804, Security Scan 33520618906 queued at this observation. No migration/canary/cutover claim transfers from predecessors.
    • Coverage causality is now executable: exact RED bf3493e621d093459b814bad5e3f69b849cdfe69 was 244/245 owned production lines and 327/332 regions; repair removed compiler-generated generic parser duplication and structurally impossible literal-header error regions without exclusions. Exact predecessor dd0f37bfe3f08fb461867e7f3f74d26e1cc06d3e passed hosted compile/test, clippy, public rustdoc, rootless/read-only OCI, and --fail-under-lines 100 --fail-under-regions 100. Because docs moved the head afterward, this is causal evidence only and f07e1aa... must reacquire exact-head gates.
    • context-graph-contracts#21 is read-only here: Draft/mergeable, live head 3f0e04bb7a824f4ebac2b845a99b82e5801f4be8, base #20@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47, no submitted review/thread at the fresh read. ci 33517627876 and receipt-package-smoke 33517627712 pending; reproducibility 33517627596 and supply-chain 33517627628 queued. RED: reject this or any provisional-pr-head as migration authority. GREEN: immutable protected release with Context Assertion + structured CloudEvent/event semantics, schema/profile/AsyncAPI bundle, canonical authority/object refs, truth status/origin, valid/system time, provenance, conformance/admission evidence and exact package identity.
    • enterprise-architecture-core#40 is read-only here: Draft/mergeable, live head 284f81eaf4be92e04fba273cd9e967a8e24c055e, base #39@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89, no submitted review/thread at the fresh read. runtime-readiness 33509741145 pending; ci 33509741319 and supply-chain 33509741433 queued. RED: no validated-execution projection while Context Graph or target Pingora artifact is provisional. GREEN after immutable releases/admission: version current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution, binding affected application/service/API, provider/version, lifecycle, security/operability risk, accountable owner, canary/cutover/rollback state and immutable Pingora artifact identity.

Runtime requests, headers/cookies, customer data, credentials and request/log payloads remain outside Context Graph/EA authoritative tables; no cross-service application-table SQL. .github#1605 remains the security-policy decision owner for exact Pingora release pinning versus RUSTSEC-2026-0253; no downgrade, blanket advisory waiver, release or cutover before that decision is encoded fail-closed.

Pingora edge-migration owner handoff refresh after the local-CA TLS repair.

    • ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#1 remains Draft against protected main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991. RED 269f2b444970480889e88ea9ec1a61d0db0cd39e introduced a compiled-binary traffic contract requiring an explicitly supplied local CA to succeed while a hostname-only mismatch fails closed. Current repair head is 5f5dd71ee1bd354edcbf9bd5b95d7023d2c3f91d: v1 may consume an absolute PEM trust_bundle_file, loads it before listeners, keeps certificate/hostname verification enabled, and does not acquire certificate issuance/rotation/ACME authority. Current exact-head runs are reacquiring: CI 33526909800, Supply Chain 33526909860, SAST Semgrep 33526909590, Security Scan 33526909618; queued/pending evidence is non-passing and no consumer parity/canary/cutover state is asserted.
    • context-graph-contracts#21 remains read-only here: live Draft/mergeable head de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60, base #20@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47, repository default still develop, no submitted review/thread. Exact-head repository-owned runs are now terminal GREEN: ci 33524763601, reproducibility 33524763497, receipt-package-smoke 33524763503, supply-chain 33524763509. RED remains: an open Draft head is not released Shared Kernel authority. GREEN remains an immutable protected release carrying Context Assertion + structured CloudEvent event semantics, canonical authority/object refs, truth status/origin, valid/system time, provenance, schema/profile/AsyncAPI, conformance/admission and exact package identity.
    • enterprise-architecture-core#40 remains read-only here: live Draft/mergeable head 82d099d5a728efc8bf0bc846e5207b3ee6a1673b, base #39@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89, repository default still develop, no submitted review/thread. Exact-head runtime-readiness 33526415217, supply-chain 33526415291, and ci 33526415341 were queued at the fresh read and are therefore non-passing. RED: no validated execution while either Context Graph authority or target Pingora artifact is provisional. GREEN after immutable release/admission: version current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution, binding affected application/service/API, provider/version, lifecycle, security/operability risk, accountable owner, dependency, canary/cutover/rollback state, and immutable target artifact identity.

Runtime request/header/cookie/customer payloads and credentials remain outside Context Graph/EA authoritative stores; cross-service application-table SQL remains prohibited. .github#1605 is still the independent security-policy owner for the exact-release versus RUSTSEC-2026-0253 decision; this repair neither downgrades Pingora nor creates an advisory waiver.

Fresh Context Fabric owner-path evidence — 2026-09-02 KST

Read-only fleet sweep found exact-head drift in both sole-writer repositories; no source/docs/ref/PR-state mutation was performed here.

    • ContextualWisdomLab/context-graph-contracts still reports default_branch=develop. Live PR 🧪 [testing improvement] iter_json_objects 함수에 대한 단위 테스트 추가 #21 is Draft/mergeable with base chatgpt/ddd-context-fitness-v1@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47 and head de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60. Its PR body still names 0326231a0c376b6881ea89f09fd74f7484ef6887 as current exact head, so that prose/evidence identity is stale and must not be used as current acceptance evidence.
    • ContextualWisdomLab/enterprise-architecture-core still reports default_branch=develop. Live PR ⚡ Bolt: JSON 파싱 성능 최적화 #40 is Draft/mergeable with base chatgpt/ddd-context-fitness-v1@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89 and head 82d099d5a728efc8bf0bc846e5207b3ee6a1673b. Its PR body still names b48de71a2f53fb9da60d293a443195ff7f1e8c4a as current exact head, so those earlier check/review claims are predecessor-only until reacquired on 82d099d5....
    • Organization ruleset 18156473 remains active with conditions.ref_name.include=["~DEFAULT_BRANCH"], one generic approving review, required thread resolution, central required workflows, deletion and non-fast-forward controls. Because both repository defaults are still develop, .github#1137 remains the live branch-governance owner path; do not infer protected-main authority from candidate prose.

RED acceptance: owner-path documentation/PR-state that identifies 0326231... or b48de71... as current is false against live GitHub metadata; exact-head workflow/review/package evidence for those predecessors is non-transferable.

GREEN acceptance: Context Fabric writer refreshes the affected owner-path refs to #21@de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60 and #40@82d099d5a728efc8bf0bc846e5207b3ee6a1673b, re-fetches their current workflow runner assignment/check conclusions/reviews/threads/security evidence, and keeps them Draft/non-releasable until .github#1137 proves protected main, switches default safely, and moved stacks reacquire all exact-head gates. Conformance/admission/package evidence remains compatibility/integrity only, not business authorization or trust.

Context Fabric owner handoff — exact EA RED after runner acquisition

Fresh read-only execution evidence changes the EA acceptance state and should be consumed by the Context Fabric writer; no source/docs/ref/PR-state mutation was made in either sole-writer repository.

    • context-graph-contracts#21 is still Draft/mergeable at exact head de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60 on base 0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47. Exact-head repository-owned runs are terminal GREEN: ci 33524763601, reproducibility 33524763497, receipt-package-smoke 33524763503, supply-chain 33524763509. Submitted reviews and inline review threads are both empty. This remains candidate compatibility evidence only: an open Draft head is not immutable Shared Kernel authority.
    • enterprise-architecture-core#40 is still Draft/mergeable at exact head 82d099d5a728efc8bf0bc846e5207b3ee6a1673b on base b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89. Exact-head runtime-readiness 33526415217 and supply-chain 33526415291 succeeded, but ci 33526415341 is terminal failure. postgres-migration job 99918288509 checked out merge candidate bd93a2bcd95ed25d97fdf6e872f6f83b8959ecfd and failed while exercising database invariants at database/tests/zzzzzzzzzzx_verify_target_state_terminal_plan_actions.sql:124: verified target state bypasses freshness monitoring in the canonical planner. The RED fixture calls architecture_core.project_technology_target_state_plan(...) and requires a verified target to yield transformation_state_code='verified', decision_readiness_code='target_state_verified', and recommended_action_code='monitor_target_state'; the current implementation violates at least one of those executable invariants.
    • Both repositories still report default_branch=develop; Context Graph develop@99cb5468ba3c15c5e79688f53dee74724fae2d13 is protected while main@99cb5468... is not, and EA develop@1c0fa8b15ceb9e72186274aeb255d6777eb84ef4 is protected while intended main@ca6889497728e1a3f09d68790a9096576e13a3ff remains outside that current default-target protection path. Organization ruleset 18156473 still targets ~DEFAULT_BRANCH.

RED acceptance: do not admit validated execution for a Pingora migration while #40's canonical planner fails its own target-state lifecycle invariant, and do not pin #21 as authority while it remains an unreleased Draft.

GREEN acceptance for the owner path: repair #40 so a verified target state deterministically enters freshness monitoring (monitor_target_state) without weakening the RED, reacquire PostgreSQL invariants plus all exact-head CI/runtime/supply-chain/security/review evidence on the rebuilt current head, then consume an immutable released Context Graph bundle carrying Context Assertion + CloudEvent/event-semantics profile, conformance/admission and provenance. Only after that may a migration projection version current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution; runtime requests/logs/customer data/auth decisions remain outside EA/Context Graph authority and cross-service SQL remains prohibited.

Pingora owner-path refresh — exact repair head and current acceptance state

Fresh edge-writer read after repair; context-graph-contracts and enterprise-architecture-core remain read-only here.

    • ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#1 remains Draft/mergeable on main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991. Exact current head is 28c3dee307af28e8a9957d9203bc8b9ecd35fae7. The repair adds an executable empty-certificate trust-bundle invariant so fail-closed PEM loading is covered rather than excluded, removes Python fixture Nagle/delayed-ACK latency from the k6 loopback measurement with TCP_NODELAY, and retains k6-summary.json even when the unchanged p95 <20 ms threshold fails. An intervening exact head correctly failed cargo fmt --check; 28c3dee... is the rustfmt repair and therefore must reacquire all evidence. Current exact-head runs are queued: CI 33531675115, Supply Chain 33531674922, SAST Semgrep 33531674941, Security Scan 33531674943. Pending/queued is non-passing and no parity/canary/cutover claim is admitted.
    • Live organization inventory still finds no actionable OpenResty deployment. Concrete edge evidence remains: linux-cluster-ops Nginx multi-vhost/TLS operations; pg-erd-cloud production-style Traefik ordered /healthz//api*/SPA routing plus edge headers; naruon NGINX ingress/live proxy tests with Traefik/Keycloak evaluation; and scopeweave/LineageWeave/inkspan Nginx static-runtime images. None is parity-equivalent to the current one-upstream Pingora v1, and static serving/authentication remain outside the shared edge boundary unless separately proven.
    • context-graph-contracts#21 remains Draft at de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60 on #20@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47; its repository-owned exact-head CI/reproducibility/receipt/supply-chain runs are GREEN but it is not released authority. enterprise-architecture-core#40 remains Draft at 82d099d5a728efc8bf0bc846e5207b3ee6a1673b on #39@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89; runtime-readiness and supply-chain are GREEN while CI 33526415341 is RED because the canonical planner violates the verified-target monitor_target_state freshness invariant. Both repositories still have default develop; intended main transition remains owned outside this writer.

RED: do not project validated execution, production cutover, or immutable target authority from an unreleased Context Graph head, the RED EA planner, or a queued Pingora head. Do not weaken the 20 ms regression threshold to hide fixture/runtime latency. Do not absorb Keycloak/product auth or certificate-authority ownership into Pingora.

GREEN: Context Fabric owner repairs #40 without weakening its RED and releases/admits a protected Context Assertion/CloudEvent/provenance bundle; Pingora reacquires 100% owned production line/region coverage, rustdoc, load/TLS/OCI/security evidence on 28c3dee... (or its then-current successor), and .github#1605/.github#810 resolve fail-closed. Only then may EA version current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution with immutable Pingora artifact, owner, risk, canary/cutover/rollback state. Runtime request/log/customer/auth payloads stay outside Context Graph/EA authority; cross-service application-table SQL remains prohibited.

EA owner-path delta after Pingora handoff refresh

Fresh read found that the EA causal-repair root moved after the prior handoff. enterprise-architecture-core#26 is now exact ae22538d4ca8dbc87757192f8563ba1da280a073 on #24@d19a5e70b9746eb0f4bcfdc27b87d445ac4ec7f8. Its predecessor had exposed the terminal planner selecting an older transformation by UUID order; this head changes selection to visible effective_at, then recorded_at, with identifier only as a deterministic tie-breaker.

Exact-head evidence is still RED: runtime-readiness 33531403844 and supply-chain 33531403949 are GREEN, but ci 33531403885 fails in PostgreSQL acceptance at database/tests/zzzzzzzzzzz_verify_z_target_state_planner.sql:164: started transformation did not become an execution action. The acceptance requires the started state to project decision_readiness_code=execution_in_progress and recommended_action_code=monitor_transformation. Thus the bitemporal ordering repair did not yet produce a coherent terminal planner across the started-state contract.

#40@82d099d5a728efc8bf0bc846e5207b3ee6a1673b remains a separate Draft descendant with its already-observed RED monitor_target_state invariant. Do not transfer #26 evidence upward or admit Pingora validated execution until the EA owner repairs #26's new RED, rebuilds the affected ancestry dependency-first, and reacquires terminal exact-head GREEN on the then-current #40 projection tail.

Pingora acceptance remains unchanged: unreleased Context Graph candidate + RED EA planner => no authoritative EA projection, canary/cutover, or validated execution state.

Pingora linkage refresh — EA dependency root recovered, projection tail still RED

Fresh read supersedes my preceding #26 RED note. The Context Fabric owner moved enterprise-architecture-core#26 from ae22538d4ca8dbc87757192f8563ba1da280a073 to exact 213a8c92c2dc056ed5d5e3d60de1abd821a5b860 on unchanged #24@d19a5e70b9746eb0f4bcfdc27b87d445ac4ec7f8. Commit 213a8c92... isolates the started-state planner assertion at the 2027-01-10 valid/system-time cutoff, before the independent concurrent-approval fixture becomes valid on 2027-01-15, so the acceptance tests planner routing rather than later fixture visibility. Exact-head repository evidence is now terminal GREEN: runtime-readiness 33532342194, ci 33532342173, supply-chain 33532342157.

This clears the newly exposed #26 acceptance root; it does not yet clear Pingora EA admission. enterprise-architecture-core#40 is still Draft at exact 82d099d5a728efc8bf0bc846e5207b3ee6a1673b on #39@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89, with runtime-readiness 33526415217 and supply-chain 33526415291 GREEN but ci 33526415341 RED on the verified-target monitor_target_state invariant. Its ancestry/evidence also predates the repaired #26 lane, so no predecessor evidence should be transferred into a rebuilt projection tail.

Pingora-side admission remains fail-closed: context-graph-contracts#21@de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60 is still Draft/unreleased even though its repository-owned checks are GREEN, and pingora-gateway#1@28c3dee307af28e8a9957d9203bc8b9ecd35fae7 is still reacquiring exact-head gates. The loopback load contract on that Pingora head now passes the unchanged p95 <20 ms regression bound after removing Python fixture delayed-ACK/Nagle noise; OCI least-privilege runtime also passes. Security remains RED on the separately owned Dependency Review 403 / Pingora dependency-policy findings, so there is still no canary/cutover or authoritative validated execution projection.

Next GREEN condition for this linkage: rebuild/repair the EA projection tail dependency-first until the then-current #40-equivalent exact head is terminal GREEN; release/admit an immutable protected Context Graph bundle; then bind immutable Pingora release/deploy evidence and canary/rollback state. Runtime request/log/customer/auth payloads remain outside Context Graph/EA authority and cross-service application-table SQL remains prohibited.

Pingora exact-head delta — coverage RED repaired without exclusion

The second fresh Pingora sweep completed CI 33531675115 on 28c3dee307af28e8a9957d9203bc8b9ecd35fae7 and exposed a repository-owned coverage defect rather than a governance blocker. Compile/tests, clippy, public rustdoc, loopback load p95 <20 ms, and OCI least-privilege all passed, but the 100% owned production gate correctly failed at src/pingora_delivery.rs:108-109: the newly extracted require_certificates(...) fail-closed helper covered the empty-bundle RED branch but not the non-empty accepted stack return. Reported totals were 99.34% lines / 99.04% regions, with no exclusion used.

Pingora owner repaired that exact uncovered behavior with commit 503dbe8433076b0726dcce009b525214b45737a2 on PR #1 by adding a direct non-empty X509 stack acceptance test. This keeps the helper's production behavior unchanged and restores executable coverage of both reject and accept paths; predecessor check evidence does not transfer, so all gates on 503dbe... are non-passing until freshly completed.

Context Fabric authority remains unchanged by this Pingora-only repair: context-graph-contracts#21@de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60 is Draft/unreleased; EA #26 has recovered exact GREEN at 213a8c92c2dc056ed5d5e3d60de1abd821a5b860, while projection tail #40 remains Draft/RED at 82d099d5a728efc8bf0bc846e5207b3ee6a1673b. No EA validated execution, canary, cutover, or release is admitted.

Fresh Pingora -> Context Fabric handoff evidence (2026-09-02 KST).

Pingora producer: ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway PR #1 remains Draft/mergeable on protected main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991. The current exact head is now 482dbc938a38145e31f796c5c309bf049340c5ce on feat/initial-pingora-runtime. Predecessor 503dbe8433076b0726dcce009b525214b45737a2 proved the release-mode k6 loopback contract and rootless/read-only OCI lane, but CI failed only at the 100% owned-production coverage gate: src/pingora_delivery.rs had 100% lines and 100/102 regions. The uncovered branch was the no-custom-trust-bundle path. Current head 482dbc... adds the narrow test that constructs an admitted peer with trust_bundle_file=None and proves platform trust roots remain selected (peer.options.ca.is_none()). Current-head CI/Security/SAST/Supply Chain runs 33537329837 / 33537329809 / 33537329819 / 33537329828 have materialized but were still queued at this handoff snapshot; predecessor results do not transfer.

Security remains fail-closed. On predecessor 503dbe..., Security Scan 33532761861 reported the already-known Dependency Review availability failure and an OSV finding for derivative 2.2.0 / RUSTSEC-2024-0388 (unmaintained, no patched release). This is separate from .github#1605's exact-release-vs-RUSTSEC-2026-0253 decision and must not be converted into a blanket advisory waiver. Reacquire this evidence on 482dbc... before making any current-head claim.

Context Graph read-only dependency: PR #21 remains Draft/mergeable at exact de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60 on #20 0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47. Exact-head supply-chain 33524763509, receipt-package-smoke 33524763503, reproducibility 33524763497, and ci 33524763601 are all terminal GREEN; there are no inline review threads or submitted reviews. It is still an unreleased sibling candidate, so its context-assertion-event-semantics:v1 CloudEvent/Context Assertion profile is not consumer release authority.

EA Core read-only dependency: PR #40 has moved beyond the refs recorded in this issue. Current exact head is b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f on #39 b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89, Draft/mergeable, with current ci 33536723144, runtime-readiness 33536722617, and supply-chain 33536723303 terminal GREEN and no inline threads/submitted reviews. The prior Pingora handoff statement that the EA projection tail was RED because the terminal-planner fixture selected started is now stale: this exact EA head records and verifies the causal fixture isolation repair. That removes that specific EA RED, but does not make the projection releasable: the Context Graph dependency is still provisional/unreleased, repository default/protection transition is still centrally owned, and no Pingora migration has parity/shadow/canary/cutover evidence.

Updated RED acceptance for the edge projection: (1) Pingora #1 remains Draft and current 482dbc... gates are not yet terminal; (2) .github#1605 and .github#810 remain independent release/security-control dependencies; (3) Context Graph #21 is GREEN as a candidate but is not an immutable released bundle; (4) EA #40 is exact-head GREEN for its current repository lanes but remains Draft/provisional against that unreleased contract dependency; (5) no Nginx/Traefik surface has executable parity -> shadow/canary -> cutover -> rollback evidence.

GREEN remains immutable released Context Graph admission/provenance + immutable protected Pingora artifact/release with all exact-head gates + executable legacy parity/shadow/canary/cutover/rollback + versioned EA projection preserving current/target technology/interface, initiative/scenario, owner, risk, lifecycle, bitemporal truth and provenance. Runtime requests/logs/customer data/auth decisions remain outside CGC/EA authority; no cross-service application-table SQL.

Fresh Pingora -> Context Fabric handoff correction after parent movement (2026-09-02 KST).

Pingora producer remains Draft PR #1. Current exact source head is 6052988c293ff94e77da524eaa48f7fed12cb4c0 on protected main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991. This head adds an executable production-binary refused-origin contract: a closed loopback upstream must surface HTTP 502 within the configured connection-budget envelope and /readyz must remain healthy afterward. At the latest exact-head read, SAST 33538521027 is terminal GREEN; Security Scan 33538521038 is intentionally fail-closed on the separately owned Dependency Review availability incident and derivative 2.2.0 / RUSTSEC-2024-0388; CI 33538521045 and Supply Chain 33538521071 were not yet terminal. No migration/canary/cutover/release claim is made.

Context Graph read-only dependency is unchanged: Draft #21 exact de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60 on #20 0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47. Repository-owned exact-head supply-chain 33524763509, receipt/package smoke 33524763503, reproducibility 33524763497, and CI 33524763601 remain terminal GREEN, with no immutable GitHub Release. Therefore the candidate Context Assertion/CloudEvent profile remains unreleased and cannot be used as consumer release authority.

EA Core dependency changed materially during this sweep. Parent Draft #39 advanced from historical b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89 to exact 731b3b60264aa9a4d11db3fa5a68f86df944dd0c on #36 fff51536c64ba751a37d4ccfd8d2865296b115b9, moving the explicit hosted-runner acquisition repair into its owning parent. On that exact #39 head, supply-chain 33538539326 and runtime-readiness 33538539392 are terminal GREEN; CI 33538539197 was still in progress at the latest read.

Consequently child Draft #40 is no longer a coherent current-parent integration candidate. Its child head is still b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f, but its recorded base remains historical #39 b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89. The fresh comparison recorded in #40 reports diverged, merge base b44635b..., ahead_by=67, behind_by=4. Its former terminal GREEN runs (ci 33536723144, supply-chain 33536723303, runtime-readiness 33536722617) are therefore predecessor evidence only and must not be used as current EA admission/projection evidence.

Updated RED acceptance for edge projection: (1) Pingora exact-current-head deterministic gates must all be terminal and security owner decisions remain unresolved; (2) Context Graph #21 is exact-head GREEN as a candidate but is still unreleased; (3) EA #39 must first become terminal-clean on 731b3b...; (4) Context Fabric owner must then non-destructively restack #40 onto that exact current parent, preserve only child-owned Context Fabric/EA projection delta, and reacquire every applicable exact-head repository/security/coverage/package/SBOM/provenance/review gate; (5) only after an immutable released Context Graph bundle and compatible coherent EA admission exist may Pingora migration evidence be projected as current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution; (6) executable legacy parity -> shadow/canary -> cutover -> rollback evidence is still absent.

Pingora does not edit either owner repository. Runtime requests/logs/customer data/auth decisions remain outside CGC/EA authority, and cross-service application-table SQL remains prohibited.

Follow-up exact EA parent evidence supersedes the just-earlier queued/in-progress snapshot.

EA Core Draft #39 remains exact 731b3b60264aa9a4d11db3fa5a68f86df944dd0c on #36 fff51536c64ba751a37d4ccfd8d2865296b115b9, but its current CI run 33538539197 is now terminal FAILURE. The failure is repository/runtime acceptance, not runner acquisition: every Python validation lane (3.11–3.14), package, and compose-runtime job is GREEN; postgres-migration job 99958740497 acquired the runner/container, applied foundation migrations, passed idempotent upgrade/checksum-drift, previous-boundary upgrade, atomic rollback, and schema/ledger verification, then failed specifically at step 9 Exercise database invariants. Exact #39 supply-chain 33538539326 and runtime-readiness 33538539392 remain terminal GREEN.

This keeps the Context Fabric edge projection RED even before #40 ancestry is repaired. Context Fabric owner acceptance is now: causally repair the #39 PostgreSQL invariant failure on the owning parent without weakening database semantics, get the repaired exact parent terminal GREEN, then non-destructively restack #40 from historical base b44635b... onto that exact repaired parent and regenerate all child evidence. The historical #40 b3ec93... GREEN runs remain non-transferable. Pingora does not modify either EA branch.

Fresh Pingora -> Context Fabric handoff (supersedes predecessor refs in this issue; no Context Graph/EA source mutation from this loop).

    Pingora producer exact state

    • ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#1 remains Draft/mergeable at exact 7dabe6a130ffe90236844c671a36f012f9e748d3 on protected main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991.
    • Exact-head Supply Chain 33539193566 is terminal GREEN; SAST Semgrep 33539193722 is GREEN. CI 33539193632 is still executing and therefore non-passing at this snapshot.
    • Exact-head Security Scan 33539193604 is terminal FAILURE. dependency-review job 99960912392 reaches exact checkout then fails the central support boundary; .github#810 remains the canonical availability owner. osv-scan job 99960912742 also fails closed on the PR-introduced upstream maintenance-risk finding derivative 2.2.0 / RUSTSEC-2024-0388; Trivy FS 99960912598 and Scorecard 99960912737 are independently GREEN but are not substitutes. .github#1605 still owns the bounded Pingora dependency-policy decision, including the separate lru unsoundness/exact-release conflict.
    • No consumer migration/cutover is admissible from this head. v1 still intentionally supports one explicit upstream and does not own product auth/business routing.

    Context Graph read-only dependency

    • Live repository metadata remains default_branch=develop; develop@99cb5468ba3c15c5e79688f53dee74724fae2d13 is protected, while main@99cb5468ba3c15c5e79688f53dee74724fae2d13 is not. Inherited active ruleset 18156473 still targets ~DEFAULT_BRANCH, so .github#1137 remains the branch-governance owner.
    • Full open stack is still #4 -> #6 -> #7 -> #8 -> #12 -> #13 -> #14 -> #16 -> #17 -> #18 -> #19 -> #20 -> #21; root Add OpenCode review merge automation #4 is Ready at 99d230991b9d48fbf87489e0b375b7bbf09d8559; descendants remain Draft.

    • GitHub Releases is still empty. Therefore context-assertion-event-semantics:v1 remains unreleased candidate evidence, not authority for an EA admission or Pingora cutover assertion.

EA read-only dependency — newly detected parent movement

    RED for edge-migration EA admission

    1. No immutable Context Graph release exists.
    2. Pingora Add Palette journal for profile repo #1 is Draft and exact-head CI/security are not terminal GREEN; .github#1605 and .github#810 remain unresolved owner gates.

No predecessor EA checks/provenance may transfer.
    4. No Nginx/Traefik consumer has executable parity + shadow/canary + rollback + cutover evidence.

GREEN acceptance for Context Fabric owner path

    • First restore coherent EA ancestry dependency-first from the then-live parent tips, then reacquire exact-head repository/security/package/SBOM/provenance/review evidence; do not repair 보안: CI 스크립트 실행 실패 시 민감 정보 스크러빙 및 shell=False 명시 #39/⚡ Bolt: JSON 파싱 성능 최적화 #40 from this Pingora loop.
    • Admit a concrete edge migration only after an immutable released Context Graph bundle supplies the exact Context Assertion + CloudEvent schema/profile/conformance/admission/provenance contract and EA consumes that immutable release fail-closed.
    • Project only current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution, linked to affected application/service/API, provider/version/lifecycle, owner, security/operability risk, cutover and rollback evidence. Never copy runtime request/header/cookie/customer/log/credential/auth-decision data or product-domain facts into Context Graph/EA authoritative stores; no cross-service SQL.

Fresh Context Fabric owner handoff — EA #39 exact-head PostgreSQL RED (2026-09-02)

Read-only revalidation found a new exact-current-head blocker in ContextualWisdomLab/enterprise-architecture-core that supersedes the older EA refs recorded above. I did not mutate EA source/docs/refs/PR-state.

    Exact evidence

    • EA 보안: CI 스크립트 실행 실패 시 민감 정보 스크러빙 및 shell=False 명시 #39 is still Draft at head 731b3b60264aa9a4d11db3fa5a68f86df944dd0c, base #36@fff51536c64ba751a37d4ccfd8d2865296b115b9.
    • Exact-head supply-chain run 33538539326 = success and runtime-readiness run 33538539392 = success.
    • Exact-head ci run 33538539197 = failure solely because postgres-migration job/check 99958740497 failed. This is non-passing evidence; successful sibling jobs do not override it.
    • The job acquired ubuntu-24.04 successfully, applied all migrations through 0050_hot_write_capacity.sql, passed checksum-drift, upgrade-rehearsal, atomicity and preceding SQL acceptance checks, then failed in database/tests/zzzzzzzzzzx_verify_target_state_terminal_plan_actions.sql:124 with: verified target state bypasses freshness monitoring in the canonical planner.

    Current-source root-cause evidence

RED acceptance for the Context Fabric writer

    1. Reproduce 보안: CI 스크립트 실행 실패 시 민감 정보 스크러빙 및 shell=False 명시 #39@731b3b... postgres-migration failure at the exact terminal-plan acceptance file and preserve the existing production planner semantics.
    2. Prove the failing result is fixture cross-test/state contamination from the older active transformation, not an intended product rule change; do not weaken the verified -> monitor_target_state assertion.

    GREEN acceptance

    1. Apply the smallest parent-owned fixture isolation equivalent to the proven transaction-local supersession (or a strictly smaller semantically equivalent isolation) on 보안: CI 스크립트 실행 실패 시 민감 정보 스크러빙 및 shell=False 명시 #39; do not copy unrelated ⚡ Bolt: JSON 파싱 성능 최적화 #40 work.
    2. Re-run the focused PostgreSQL acceptance lane and obtain terminal success on the new exact 보안: CI 스크립트 실행 실패 시 민감 정보 스크러빙 및 shell=False 명시 #39 head.
    3. Reacquire the complete exact-head ci, runtime-readiness, supply-chain, coverage/package/security/provenance/review evidence required by then-live policy; queued/skipped/predecessor results remain non-passing.
    4. Only after 보안: CI 스크립트 실행 실패 시 민감 정보 스크러빙 및 shell=False 명시 #39 is terminal-clean, non-destructively restack ⚡ Bolt: JSON 파싱 성능 최적화 #40 on that exact parent, retaining child-owned Context Fabric/quarantine/product deltas, and reacquire every child gate. Do not transfer b3ec93... evidence.

This handoff does not alter the independent .github#1137 protected-main transition or .github#772 solo-maintainer ruleset repair, both of which remain prerequisites for ordinary protected integration/release.

    Pingora / Context Fabric exact-state handoff — 2026-09-02

Fresh read after a repository-owned Pingora repair; context-graph-contracts and enterprise-architecture-core remain read-only from this writer.

    • ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#1 remains Draft/mergeable on protected main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991. Exact current head is 97f1f323d16da6ee5d9a7c096d94d29261fb54d7. Predecessor 94d41ec0afedf7b03ed09f5451127e36c8ba4cdc proved the runtime/load/OCI path but CI failed only at cargo fmt --check; 97f1f323... applies exactly those rustfmt deltas to the binary composition root, gateway proxy, and compiled-binary production-path tests. Current exact-head runs are reacquiring and remain non-passing while in progress: CI 33543290273, Supply Chain 33543290179, SAST Semgrep 33543290305, Security Scan 33543290283. No predecessor result transfers.
    • The Pingora dependency-security boundary has one additional concrete upstream constraint. Current Cargo.lock resolves derivative 2.2.0; both pinned pingora-core and pingora-load-balancing at immutable upstream 09696b51bc59315353d96686355861604d0bb48c depend directly on it, so this is a production dependency. RustSec RUSTSEC-2024-0388 classifies derivative as unmaintained with no patched version. Fresh upstream cloudflare/pingora main still declares derivative.workspace = true in both crates, so advancing to current unreleased main would not itself clear the finding. A separate central issue creation attempt was blocked by the available mutation safety gate; therefore treat this comment as exact handoff evidence rather than inventing a waiver. .github#1605 remains the owner for the exact-release / patched-lru decision and .github#810 remains the owner for Dependency Review 403 availability; neither permits a blanket RustSec ignore.
    • context-graph-contracts still reports default develop; protected develop@99cb5468ba3c15c5e79688f53dee74724fae2d13, while main is not yet the protected default. The open stack is still unreleased. Current parent #20 moved to exact a9f9a4dbd2c5208da8f25b897d4026d6c53bc986 on #19@db392d8aac550d88986a14011956e5e2e7fce677; its fresh CI/supply-chain/reproducibility/package-smoke runs are queued and therefore non-passing. Child #21 remains exact de376b0608a60ad195e06f5522887be2e63d7b60 but is still recorded on old #20@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47; fresh compare against current 🧪 fetch_open_prs 페이지네이션 테스트 추가 #20 is diverged, merge base 0044d719..., ahead_by=31, behind_by=1, and GitHub now reports mergeable=false. Its historical GREEN checks do not make the current stack releasable. GREEN: non-destructively restack the Context Assertion/CloudEvent child on the then-exact current parent and reacquire exact-head schema/profile/admission/conformance/package/reproducibility/security evidence before immutable release authority.
    • enterprise-architecture-core still reports default develop; protected develop@1c0fa8b15ceb9e72186274aeb255d6777eb84ef4, while main@ca6889497728e1a3f09d68790a9096576e13a3ff is outside the current default-branch rule path. Current DDD parent #39@731b3b60264aa9a4d11db3fa5a68f86df944dd0c is Draft/mergeable on #36@fff51536c64ba751a37d4ccfd8d2865296b115b9; exact runtime-readiness 33538539392 and supply-chain 33538539326 are GREEN, but ci 33538539197 is RED in PostgreSQL invariant acceptance. Child #40@b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f still records the superseded #39@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89; fresh compare to current 보안: CI 스크립트 실행 실패 시 민감 정보 스크러빙 및 shell=False 명시 #39 is diverged, merge base b44635b..., ahead_by=67, behind_by=4. Its historical GREEN runs cannot transfer. GREEN: repair 보안: CI 스크립트 실행 실패 시 민감 정보 스크러빙 및 shell=False 명시 #39 dependency-first without weakening the invariant, then non-destructively restack the Context Fabric projection child and reacquire all exact-head evidence.

EA admission remains RED. No validated execution, shadow/canary, production cutover, or legacy removal may be projected while the Context Assertion contract is unreleased/diverged, EA projection ancestry is stale/RED, Pingora exact-head gates are reacquiring, or dependency-security policy is unresolved. Once immutable producer and Shared Kernel releases exist, preserve the agreed versioned projection current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution, including affected application/service/API, provider/version/lifecycle, owner, security/operability risk, cutover/rollback state and immutable evidence. Runtime request/header/cookie/customer/auth/log payloads remain outside Context Graph/EA authority; cross-service application-table SQL remains prohibited.

Fresh owner-state delta after the previous Pingora handoff: EA parent #39 has moved again and the earlier 731b3b60264aa9a4d11db3fa5a68f86df944dd0c failure snapshot is no longer current evidence. Its new commit is test-only diagnosis (test: expose terminal planner projection mismatch) over 731b3b...; exact-current ci 33544183951, runtime-readiness 33544184082, and supply-chain 33544184141 are queued and therefore non-passing until executed. Child #40 remains b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f, Draft and now mergeable=false; fresh comparison against current #39 is still diverged, merge base b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89, ahead_by=67, behind_by=5. Keep the existing GREEN condition: diagnose/repair #39 in the EA owner path until that exact parent is terminal-clean, then non-destructively restack #40 and reacquire all exact-head evidence. No Pingora writer mutation was made to either EA or Context Graph source/PR state.

Fresh Pingora / Context Fabric handoff — 2026-09-02

    Pingora producer progression

Fresh pingora-gateway stack remains coherent and pre-traffic:

    #1@5a62e2fa56fdaa6f97c0518932711739e347c04a -> #5@194c51ddbb72cc4f8dbc251b9bdd8b6d4210f769 -> #6@991b0fc41e7dd308f5f93f49af6fcacc4951acb8 -> #7@1cacbb0266f3f14cabd365b1917c1fa7d2e7ae4e -> #10@be4b0a9d880b946ea9ca78d00ae4a136aa9b1877.

All five remain Draft and currently mergeable by GitHub. #10 advances pg-erd only from transport-neutral authority composition to explicit Pingora peer binding:

    • RED 0435cd837cebe29f71204009f5af0a925d947ff1 requires complete backend/frontend binding and rejects missing, duplicate, and undeclared concrete transport authority.
    • GREEN begins at e52cdf30bc69ff59eb74dd05f456daaee8dae9ce, constructing peers only through the existing fail-closed pingora_delivery::build_peer path.
    • Exact No UX changes required (No UI Codebase) #10 be4b0a9... preserves one-to-one binding from stable migration upstream identities to explicit UpstreamConfig/HttpPeer values and proves unmatched route/header behavior has no invented fallback destination. Request data cannot create destinations and no service-discovery authority is introduced.
    • GatewayConfig v1 and GatewayProxy remain unchanged. No UX changes required (No UI Codebase) #10 therefore does not activate multi-route serving, response mutation, shadow/canary, cutover, rollback, or legacy removal and is not EA validated execution.
    • Exact-head CI 33603968291 and Supply Chain 33603968298 remain queued/non-passing at the latest read; predecessor evidence does not transfer.

Foundation release blockers remain independently open: .github#1605 for the exact Pingora release vs patched lru / RUSTSEC policy decision, and .github#810 for authoritative public non-fork Dependency Review availability. No advisory suppression, substitute-scanner promotion, or routine bypass is admissible.

    Context Graph — read only

Repository metadata remains on default_branch=develop; the accepted protected/default main transition remains centrally owned by .github#1137 and solo-compatible review governance by .github#772.

Current parent #20 remains Draft/mergeable at exact 329b025bdfe23c62edc37e452452df40016bb079 on #19@db392d8aac550d88986a14011956e5e2e7fce677; its current required workflows remain non-passing before useful checkout according to live evidence.

Context Assertion/CloudEvent child #21 has now advanced to exact 36d7b0fd8b4ba68f65a0d73565a3a3ddecdb2d67, while its recorded base remains obsolete #20@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47; current #20 is 329b025.... #21 therefore remains a stale/incoherent Draft and unreleased.

The latest #21 delta is materially relevant to edge-migration provenance but remains candidate evidence only: packaged conformance profile context-assertion-event-semantics:v1 now carries the authoritative-source ownership rule itself, including a hostile same-tenant wardnet producer against a lineage_weave subject and a positive foreign-observer case. The installed conformance runner therefore exercises the authority rule on the packaged admission surface rather than only in Python unit behavior. This improves the future GREEN contract required for Pingora/EA projections, but an open stale-stacked PR is still not release authority. No immutable CGC release exists.

Previously observed CGC #23 has since been closed without merge and is not part of the current open dependency inventory.

    Enterprise Architecture — read only

EA repository metadata still reports default_branch=develop; its protected-main transition remains centrally owned. Current DDD parent #39 remains Draft/mergeable at 0cb63298f8c4659a2990dfa38771a7d994ef8876 on #36@fff51536c64ba751a37d4ccfd8d2865296b115b9 with current workflows non-passing/queued per live evidence.

Context Fabric projection child #40 remains Draft at exact b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f, but its recorded base is obsolete #39@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89; current #39 is 0cb632.... Its own exact stale-head repository runs are GREEN, but that cannot make it a coherent descendant and will not transfer after restack. #40 correctly remains fail-closed while CGC is provisional-pr-head rather than an immutable released distribution.

    Pingora migration projection acceptance

Keep #10 EA state provisional. RED remains: unreleased Pingora producer, unresolved .github#1605 / .github#810, unreleased and stale-stacked CGC #21, stale-stacked EA #40, and no compiled multi-route parity/shadow/canary/cutover/rollback evidence.

GREEN for authoritative pg-erd edge migration projection requires: immutable released CGC Context Assertion/CloudEvent schema/profile/conformance/admission/provenance evidence including the packaged authoritative-source ownership rule; immutable protected Pingora release with exact artifact/security/SBOM/provenance identity; compiled-binary route + HTTP-policy parity using only explicitly bound peers; then shadow/canary, cutover and rollback evidence; and an EA projection of current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution preserving app/service/API, provider/version/lifecycle, owner, security/operability impact, temporal truth and provenance. Runtime requests, headers/cookies, credentials, logs and customer data remain excluded from CGC/EA authority, and cross-service SQL remains prohibited.

Follow-up resolved: context-graph-contracts#23 was closed without merge at 2026-09-02T07:34:15Z. It is no longer in the open CGC inventory, created no released Context Assertion/CloudEvent authority, and remains irrelevant to Pingora/EA admission. No CGC source/PR state was modified from the Pingora writer.

    Pingora → Context Fabric exact-state handoff — 2026-09-02

Read-only revalidation only. This Pingora writer did not mutate context-graph-contracts or enterprise-architecture-core source, docs, refs, or PR state.

    Pingora producer

    • ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#1 is still Draft and mechanically mergeable on protected main@f8b4c99b8e5d3de79af1ff0c00c0c8fd63b52991; exact head is now 5a62e2fa56fdaa6f97c0518932711739e347c04a.
    • Exact-current workflows remain non-passing: CI 33578594175 queued, Supply Chain 33578594290 pending, SAST Semgrep 33578594264 pending, Security Scan 33578594169 queued. No predecessor result transfers.
    • There is no approving review. The only inline Scorecard image-pin finding is resolved/outdated after the builder image was digest-pinned. The repository still has zero GitHub releases, so no consumer may bind an immutable Pingora release/digest or claim canary/cutover.

Context Graph Contracts — read only

    • Live repository default remains develop; releases remain empty.

    • Context Assertion/CloudEvent child #21 remains Draft/non-mergeable at exact 36d7b0fd8b4ba68f65a0d73565a3a3ddecdb2d67, recorded on obsolete parent #20@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47. There are zero workflow runs for this exact child head and no submitted review/thread.

CGC RED: no immutable released Context Assertion/structured CloudEvent Shared Kernel exists; current parent gates are queued; the child is 17 commits behind its actual parent and has no exact-head run.

CGC GREEN: terminal-clean the exact parent under the Context Fabric owner; complete the accepted main-first protection/default transition and re-read effective rules; reconstruct #21 non-destructively from that exact protected ancestry while preserving only its Context Assertion/CloudEvent semantic delta; reacquire schema/profile/AsyncAPI/conformance/admission/package/reproducibility/security/review evidence; publish one immutable release with exact artifact/provenance identity.

Its exact stale-head CI 33536723144, runtime-readiness 33536722617, and supply-chain 33536723303 are GREEN only for that obsolete ancestry and cannot transfer after reconstruction. No submitted review/thread exists.

EA RED: current parent gates are queued; projection child is 12 commits behind its actual parent; no immutable EA release exists; no released CGC dependency is available for authoritative admission.

EA GREEN: terminal-clean exact #39 on coherent protected ancestry; reconstruct #40 non-destructively from that parent while preserving only EA-owned projection/connector delta and dropping superseded parent-owned repairs; admit an immutable released CGC dependency fail-closed; reacquire exact-head PostgreSQL/runtime/security/coverage/package/SBOM/provenance/review evidence before release.

    Migration projection boundary

No migration may be represented as validated execution, shadow/canary complete, production cut over, or legacy removed while Pingora, CGC, or EA evidence is provisional. After immutable releases and real traffic evidence exist, admit only the versioned chain:

    current technology/interface → migration initiative/scenario → target technology/interface → validated execution

Bind affected application/service/API, provider/version/lifecycle, accountable owner, security/operability risk, dependency, parity, shadow/canary, cutover, rollback, legacy-removal state, and immutable artifact/evidence identities. Runtime requests, bodies, headers/cookies, credentials, customer/auth/log payloads remain outside Context Graph/EA authoritative stores. Cross-service application-table SQL remains prohibited.

    ContextualWisdomLab/enterprise-architecture-core

    Effective governance
Organization ruleset 18156473 remains active on ~DEFAULT_BRANCH, with one approving-review count, no named required reviewer/team, required thread resolution, required central workflows, deletion/non-fast-forward controls, and an OrganizationAdmin: always bypass. Routine bypass remains prohibited. .github#1137 is still open and its current accepted order is unchanged: protect main first -> prove effective protection -> switch default to main -> re-read effective rules -> rebuild/restack parent-first from fresh protected truth -> reacquire every exact-current-head gate -> release only from the exact protected integrated main SHA.

RED/GREEN acceptance for the Context Fabric owner
RED remains: either main is not the coherent protected default, #20/#39 exact-head gates are non-terminal, #21/#40 ancestry is stale, or CGC has no immutable released compatible bundle. GREEN requires the central main/default transition first; then non-destructive parent-first rebuild, exact parent ancestry for #21/#40, terminal unchanged-head repository/security/coverage/PostgreSQL/package/SBOM/provenance/review evidence, an immutable released CGC Context Assertion/CloudEvent bundle, and only then EA projection admission. No predecessor/model-only/queued evidence transfers, and no conformance/package result is promoted into business authorization/trust.

Pingora runtime-adapter handoff — exact current evidence

Read-only for context-graph-contracts and enterprise-architecture-core; no source/docs/ref/PR-state was mutated in either dedicated-writer repository.

ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#11 has advanced from the preserved RED contract to implementation head ba1d14ff51f1d7d910785ba98c154998831101ae, still Draft/mergeable on exact #10@7ac24ffc7bae0bc14ae947a03433dee78427bc50. The new delta is bounded to delivery/runtime behavior: MigrationGatewayProxy now composes the already-characterized route table, response-header policy and explicit peer bindings into Pingora ProxyHttp; Runtime Isolation is separated into a transport-neutral body/in-flight admission budget shared with the existing single-upstream GatewayProxy; unmatched routes fail closed instead of inventing a destination; declared and streamed body limits reject at 413; concurrency exhaustion rejects at 503; untrusted Forwarded/X-Forwarded-*/X-Real-IP are stripped before the gateway-owned forwarding assertion; characterized response fields use replacement semantics. It adds no product auth/business logic, service discovery, Keyverse/Wardnet/EgressWeave authority, production listener activation, shadow/canary, cutover, release, or legacy removal.

Exact-head evidence is not GREEN yet. PR CI 33609794719 and Supply Chain 33609794633 are queued; CI jobs oci-runtime, load-contract, and test are all pre-execution/queued. No predecessor result transfers. #11 therefore remains provisional and must stay Draft until exact-head fmt/test/clippy/rustdoc/100% coverage/k6/OCI/security evidence is terminal and any deterministic compiler/coverage finding is repaired on the current head. Foundation release blockers .github#1605 and .github#810 remain independent fail-closed gates.

Context Fabric was freshly re-read. CGC parent #20@475ce14185db697940e8219c3cda7f24d66f3ed7 remains Draft/mergeable on #19@db392d8aac550d88986a14011956e5e2e7fce677, with exact CI 33605177050, reproducibility 33605177054, receipt-package-smoke 33605177132, and supply-chain 33605177092 all queued. Context Assertion/CloudEvent child #21@239a73d5f1a18b10ad317fdd51567b7fa040f570 remains Draft/non-mergeable on obsolete recorded base #20@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47; it has no exact-head workflow run. CGC releases remain empty.

The newly opened CGC issue #24 is directly causal for downstream Pingora/EA release admission: exact package/bundle bytes and semantic version currently are not independently bound for consumers to the declared protected source commit. Its required RED keeps bytes/version/digests identical while changing only source commit identity and requires rejection; GREEN is one provider-neutral source-bound release-evidence chain covering distribution/bundle, wheel/sdist/SBOM digests, protected repo/ref/commit, admission/provenance profile and retained verification evidence. A declaration-only 40-hex release_commit_sha is not authority.

EA parent #39@c3879f172d97e2d814ff94d664be0a797e2228be remains Draft/mergeable on #36@fff51536c64ba751a37d4ccfd8d2865296b115b9; exact CI 33605226427, runtime-readiness 33605226344, and supply-chain 33605226329 are queued. Projection child #40@b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f remains Draft/non-mergeable on obsolete recorded base #39@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89, and correctly treats the source-binding gap as fail-closed. EA releases remain empty.

Authoritative edge migration projection therefore stays RED. GREEN requires coherent protected/released CGC source-bound Context Assertion/CloudEvent evidence, an immutable protected Pingora artifact with exact security/SBOM/provenance plus compiled traffic/TLS/failure parity, then shadow/canary -> cutover -> rollback/legacy-removal evidence before EA may record current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution. Runtime request/body/header/cookie/credential/customer/log payloads remain outside CGC/EA authority; cross-service SQL remains prohibited.

Pingora runtime observability / Context Fabric handoff — exact current evidence

Read-only for context-graph-contracts and enterprise-architecture-core; no source/docs/ref/PR-state was mutated in either dedicated-writer repository.

    Pingora producer

ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#11 is Draft/mergeable on exact parent #10@7ac24ffc7bae0bc14ae947a03433dee78427bc50; current exact head is ec839b7bdec97842d60bae75ff20743e3318c92c.

The earlier callback slice already composed characterized pg-erd routes/HTTP policy/explicit peers with shared Runtime Isolation. This run found an additional executable operability defect: MigrationGatewayProxy had inherited the default/no-op ProxyHttp::logging, so a future listener activation would lose the existing shared runtime's request/error/body/backpressure telemetry. Exact RED 3ee7730f3dc6d5e87f56e4cc06ded598154e0226 requires a low-cardinality payload-free observation contract before implementation.

Current repair introduces a separate observability bounded context and delegates both GatewayProxy and MigrationGatewayProxy completion/backpressure telemetry to it. The public RequestObservation carries only response status, ok/error, and observed request-body bytes. Paths, query strings, headers/cookies, credentials, customer payloads and product identifiers are explicitly outside the shared gateway telemetry contract. This does not add product auth/business logic, Keyverse identity, Wardnet/EgressWeave verdict authority, service discovery, production listener activation, shadow/canary, cutover, release or legacy removal.

Exact-current hosted evidence is non-passing: CI 33612041098 and Supply Chain 33612041046 are queued. No predecessor evidence transfers; #11 remains Draft. Root release/security boundaries .github#1605 and .github#810 remain independent fail-closed prerequisites.

Exact-current ci 33605177050, reproducibility 33605177054, receipt-package-smoke 33605177132, and supply-chain 33605177092 remain queued/non-passing.

Context Assertion/CloudEvent child #21 is Draft/non-mergeable at exact 239a73d5f1a18b10ad317fdd51567b7fa040f570 while GitHub records obsolete base #20@0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47; it has no exact-head workflow run. Its latest hostile-vector package-smoke repair is useful candidate evidence only. No immutable CGC release exists. CGC issue #24's source-binding requirement remains causal: package/bundle/SBOM bytes must be independently bound to protected repository/ref/commit rather than trusting a declaration-only 40-hex source SHA.

Enterprise Architecture Core — read only

    Parent enterprise-architecture-core#39 is Draft/mergeable at exact c3879f172d97e2d814ff94d664be0a797e2228be on exact #36@fff51536c64ba751a37d4ccfd8d2865296b115b9; exact-current ci 33605226427, runtime-readiness 33605226344, and supply-chain 33605226329 remain queued/non-passing.

Projection child #40 remains Draft/non-mergeable at exact b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f on obsolete recorded base #39@b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89. Its historical exact-head CI/runtime/supply-chain successes are non-transferable after the required future restack. It correctly remains fail-closed on provisional/unreleased Context Graph authority.

    RED / GREEN acceptance

RED remains: #11 exact tests are queued; Pingora has no immutable protected release; CGC has no source-bound immutable Context Assertion/CloudEvent release and #21 ancestry is stale; EA #39 is non-terminal and #40 ancestry is stale. Do not represent characterization/callback code as validated execution, shadow/canary, cutover or legacy removal.

GREEN remains dependency-ordered: terminal exact-head Pingora fmt/test/clippy/rustdoc/100% owned line+region coverage/k6/OCI/security evidence plus resolved supply-chain policy and immutable artifact/SBOM/provenance; immutable protected CGC release with canonical refs, truth/origin, valid/system time, provenance, structured Context Assertion/CloudEvent schema/profile/admission/conformance and source-bound package identity; coherent EA parent followed by non-destructive #40 restack and fresh exact-head PostgreSQL/runtime/security/package/provenance/review evidence. Only after real parity -> shadow/canary -> cutover -> rollback/legacy-removal evidence may EA version current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target technology/interface -> validated execution.

Runtime requests/bodies/headers/cookies/credentials/customer/auth/log payloads remain outside CGC/EA authoritative stores; no cross-service application-table SQL.

Pingora edge handoff refresh (2026-09-02): pingora-gateway PR #11 moved from ec839b7bdec97842d60bae75ff20743e3318c92c to exact b01f7297af37b26206df11f6d6b2b16b20bb9d02 after a new executable RED 0fb11ef02ac9ba4ebfc7cf54237b7daff6121470 exposed forwarding-parity loss against the live pg-erd-cloud Traefik edge. The legacy consumer can optionally trust sanitized X-Forwarded-For, while Traefik normally emits transport-derived X-Forwarded-For, X-Real-IP, X-Forwarded-Host, X-Forwarded-Port, and X-Forwarded-Proto. The prior Pingora callback instead removed those fields and synthesized only Forwarded: proto=http, losing client/host/port identity and inventing a non-characterized field. The repair adds a separate Ingress forwarding_policy boundary that first strips request-controlled proxy identity, then rebuilds the characterized compatibility fields from accepted transport metadata; Forwarded and unverifiable X-Forwarded-Server remain absent. The pg-erd callback derives client IP/listener port/original Host from Pingora session/request state and keeps http explicit because the currently characterized Traefik entryPoint is only web. No product auth/business authority moved into the gateway. Exact-head CI 33614118893 and Supply Chain 33614118896 are queued/non-passing; no predecessor GREEN transfers.

Read-only Context Fabric refresh: context-graph-contracts still reports default develop. #20 is Draft at exact 475ce14185db697940e8219c3cda7f24d66f3ed7 on #19 db392d8aac550d88986a14011956e5e2e7fce677; #21 is Draft at exact 239a73d5f1a18b10ad317fdd51567b7fa040f570 but GitHub still records obsolete #20 base 0044d7193a8e9f477e42e961d49b71dc1a956c47. No immutable CGC release exists. enterprise-architecture-core still reports default develop; #40 is Draft at exact b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f on obsolete #39 base b44635b686c66e78ebd7f1218343a933a510cd89, while current #39 is c3879f172d97e2d814ff94d664be0a797e2228be. Therefore authoritative current edge -> Pingora initiative/scenario -> target edge -> validated execution admission remains RED.

Owner-path GREEN criteria for this new forwarding slice: (1) CGC must first publish an immutable protected-source release with source-bound package/bundle/SBOM/provenance plus compatible Context Assertion/CloudEvent admission semantics; (2) EA must consume that released identity, not an open PR SHA; (3) the Pingora producer must obtain exact-head compile/fmt/clippy/rustdoc/100% owned coverage/security plus compiled traffic evidence that hostile incoming forwarding headers cannot survive and the direct client IP/original Host/listener port/scheme observed by the edge are the values reaching the consumer; and (4) later TLS listener characterization must replace the current clear-text-only http assumption before any HTTPS cutover. Runtime headers/request data themselves remain outside Context Graph/EA authority.

Final Pingora exact-head correction for this sweep: PR #11 is now 8b3120b944f2fe086cce30bc856379bbdd35ce1d (the earlier handoff comment's b01f729... became historical after code-current architecture/context-map/changelog/gap/doctoring commits). CI 33614762526 and Supply Chain 33614762482 are queued/non-passing; all current CI jobs remain pre-checkout on ubuntu-24.04 with runner_id: 0 and steps: [], so no repository GREEN or predecessor transfer is claimed. The owner-path acceptance remains unchanged: immutable source-bound CGC release first, EA consumption of that released identity, then exact-head compiled forwarding/traffic evidence before any architecture projection can move from proposed migration to validated execution. Fresh read-only state still shows no CGC or EA releases; CGC develop@99cb5468ba3c15c5e79688f53dee74724fae2d13 is protected while main currently points to the same commit but is not reported protected by the branch listing, and EA develop@1c0fa8b15ceb9e72186274aeb255d6777eb84ef4 is protected while main is a distinct branch. Direct branch-protection REST reads are 403 to this integration, so those branch-list/ruleset observations are the authoritative evidence available to this writer. No Context Graph/EA source or PR state was mutated.

Pingora edge-migration owner handoff refresh (read-only toward Context Graph / EA source and PR state):

    • pingora-gateway#12 current exact head is ed915278109b9daf6c8855fe211f2c6f302185cc, stacked on #11@8b3120b944f2fe086cce30bc856379bbdd35ce1d. Docs are current at 0c7ced502e9d01fe115d4a0d7723a599c0833b23 / ed915278.... Exact-head CI 33619779931 and Supply Chain 33619780060 are non-terminal, so this remains Draft/source capability only: no release, deployment, canary or cutover claim.
    • context-graph-contracts live default is develop@99cb5468ba3c15c5e79688f53dee74724fae2d13. Open #15 remains protected-main integration evidence; new/open #24 identifies the release-provenance defect that complete-bundle bytes are not independently bound to the protected source commit.
    • enterprise-architecture-core live default is develop@1c0fa8b15ceb9e72186274aeb255d6777eb84ef4. Open #20 remains released-contract integration evidence; open #25 requires accepted CGC evidence to bind the protected source commit.

Owner-path RED/GREEN acceptance for the migration dependency root:

    1. CGC release provenance must bind the exact protected source commit/ref plus complete bundle/wheel/sdist/SBOM digests and immutable signer/admission identity, and must reject changed source/artifact/signer or stale evidence.
    2. Repair #21 ancestry onto the current #20 only after the parent has exact-head GREEN/provenance; do not convert provisional PR identity into a released contract identity.
    3. EA #40 must consume only immutable released CGC identity plus that source-bound evidence, and restack onto current #39 after the parent is GREEN.
    4. Only after those prerequisites are immutable may the Pingora migration project the versioned EA transition pg-erd-cloud Traefik current technology/interface -> migration initiative/scenario -> target Pingora technology/interface -> validated execution, including affected application/API, provider/version/lifecycle, risk/owner and cutover/rollback state. Runtime requests, headers, cookies, logs and customer data stay out of CGC/EA authoritative state; no cross-service SQL.

Correction to the immediately preceding Pingora handoff: enterprise-architecture-core#25 is not the CGC source-binding owner. Fresh all-open-issue inventory shows EA Core currently has only open issues #20 (protected-main/integration acceptance) and #25 (“Convert data-management assessment gaps into evidence-backed improvement initiatives”); #25 is unrelated to release provenance. The source-bound CGC evidence defect is documented in Draft enterprise-architecture-core#40@b3ec93a42528ab0defc0116ac4695d669298240f itself (release_commit_sha is declaration/shape-only until independently verifiable evidence binds protected source to exact package/bundle bytes), while producer-side canonical repair remains context-graph-contracts#24.

Please do not route the Pingora/Context Fabric provenance dependency to EA #25. Context Fabric owner path should either keep this as #40's explicit dependency on CGC #24 or create/choose the correct EA-owned consumer-verification issue under its sole writer. Acceptance is unchanged: EA must reject declaration-only source SHAs and consume only immutable released CGC evidence binding exact source + artifact/package/bundle/SBOM identity before validated execution projection.

Fresh Pingora producer handoff, 2026-09-02 UTC, superseding remembered producer heads in this lane without writing Context Graph/EA source or PR state.

For Context Fabric admission, keep all of the above provisional. No EA validated execution is warranted until an immutable protected Pingora release and the separately released Context Graph contract bundle exist and the real consumer transition evidence is complete. Runtime requests/headers/cookies/logs/customer data remain outside Context Graph/EA authority.

Pingora producer handoff refresh — 2026-09-03. This comment advances only the owner handoff surface; no context-graph-contracts or enterprise-architecture-core source/ref/PR state is mutated here.

    • Protected consumer evidence remains ContextualWisdomLab/pg-erd-cloud main@8dc746920c12988f082e914879d95e13c9693535; deploy/traefik/dynamic.yaml@656d18fdfedb19b2556312db4102740044531719 is unchanged: exact /healthz -> backend, raw PathPrefix('/api') -> backend, fallback / -> frontend, clear-text web, and the four characterized response-security fields.
    • The bounded Pingora migration stack now reaches Draft pingora-gateway#23@test/pg-erd-payload-free-logs-v1@5cbe2d0a65af0d72fdef64034e4a038ab5790fb3, exact child of #22@2cdad0cad0980628c15ed4598870dbb5dcc167b0 with ahead=5, behind=0. 🛡️ Sentinel: [MEDIUM] Fix information leakage in CI subprocess errors #23 adds compiled real-listener evidence that the canonical shared gateway observability target logs only status/outcome/request_body_bytes even when the proxied request contains unique path/query, Host, Authorization, Cookie and product-context sentinels. The backend must receive the sentinels, so the negative log assertion is non-vacuous. This is source acceptance only; runtime request/header/log/customer data still must not be copied into Context Graph/EA authority.
    • Exact-head CI 33655110459 and Supply Chain 33655110496 are queued before checkout with unassigned jobs (runner_id=0, steps=[]), so this head is not GREEN. No review/approval evidence exists on 🛡️ Sentinel: [MEDIUM] Fix information leakage in CI subprocess errors #23 at the current read.
    • Release authority remains fail-closed on pingora-gateway#13 (derivative 2.2.0 / RUSTSEC-2024-0388), .github#1605 (exact-release Pingora vs patched lru policy), and .github#810 (authoritative Dependency Review availability). No immutable gateway release, shadow/canary, cutover, rollback, or legacy-removal state should be projected yet.

EA admission semantics therefore remain unchanged: treat this as provisional producer evidence until immutable released Context Graph and Pingora artifacts plus terminal parity→canary/cutover/rollback evidence exist.

Superseding Pingora producer ref for the Context Fabric handoff — 2026-09-03. The prior #23 5cbe2d0... snapshot is predecessor history only.

Current producer is Draft ContextualWisdomLab/pingora-gateway#23@test/pg-erd-payload-free-logs-v1@a85763984a72a7d47b0ded0192de5a56a7c886f3, exact child of #22@2cdad0cad0980628c15ed4598870dbb5dcc167b0 with ahead=6, behind=0. The review-driven delta strengthens the privacy acceptance so request-sensitive URI/query, Host, Authorization, Cookie and product-context sentinels must be absent from the complete captured output of the deliberately filtered canonical shared observability target, not merely from its selected gateway_request line. Backend receipt remains mandatory, keeping the negative assertion non-vacuous.

Exact CI 33656038621 and Supply Chain 33656038613 remain queued before checkout with no runner/steps, so this is still provisional source evidence. Do not project release, parity, canary, cutover, rollback or legacy-removal state from it; runtime request/header/log/customer data remains outside Context Graph/EA authority.

Current Pingora producer ref supersedes the immediately prior #23 handoff after review repair: Draft pingora-gateway#23@d81a0efbd10e6287348b6bc4475ae6652102eb49, exact child of #22@2cdad0cad0980628c15ed4598870dbb5dcc167b0. In addition to whole-target sentinel exclusion, the test now waits until the exact bounded gateway_request status=200 outcome=ok request_body_bytes=0 record is observably present before terminating the process; this repairs the verified race where REQUESTS_TOTAL increments before info!. The inline finding is resolved. Exact CI 33656507186 and Supply Chain 33656507176 are still queued before checkout, so no release/parity/canary/cutover/rollback state is authoritative and runtime request/log data remains outside Context Graph/EA ownership.
