💡 What: Constants.defaultSensitiveFiles와 Constants.defaultSensitiveExtensions를 listOf에서 arrayOf로 변환했습니다.
🎯 Why: 핫 루프(파일 이름/확장자 검사)에서 listOf에 포함된 any{}나 포함 여부(in) 연산 수행 시 발생하는 Iterator 객체 할당 오버헤드를 방지하기 위함입니다.
📊 Impact: Iterator 할당 없이 원시 인덱스 기반의 반복문으로 컴파일되어 GC 압박이 줄어듭니다.
