🛡️ Sentinel: [CRITICAL] Fix prototype injection and DoS type confusion vulnerabilities

💡 Vulnerability:

1. Lookup maps instantiated with plain object literals can be bypassed if malicious data attempts to access properties via prototype injection (e.g., __proto__).
2. Calling .trim() directly on user input or CSV values without prior type-checking or coercion can crash the application (DoS) if the input somehow arrives as a non-string type (like an object or array), leading to a type confusion error.

🎯 Impact:

1. Potential logic bypasses or access to prototype properties, which is unsafe for maps handling untrusted keys.
2. Denial of Service (DoS) where the static page breaks completely, preventing users from interacting with the app.

🔧 Fix:

1. Re-instantiated ACTUAL_PROGRESS_MAP using Object.assign(Object.create(null), {...}) to enforce a dictionary with no prototype.
2. Wrapped multiple occurrences of .trim() (for projectName, sanitizedDraft, and CSV parsing) with String(value || '') to enforce strict string coercion.
3. Appended critical learnings to .jules/sentinel.md.

✅ Verification:

• Visual verification: Playwright screenshot confirms no UI breakages.
• Automated verification: Playwright E2E tests (npm run test:e2e), Strix helper self-tests (bash scripts/ci/test_strix_quick_gate.sh), and python tests (python3 -m pytest tests/config/) run and pass successfully.
