• title 속성으로 툴팁을 제공하는 비대화형(non-interactive) DOM 요소(.meta-value-card)에 키보드 초점(Focus) 기능과 시각적 아웃라인을 추가했습니다.

🎯 왜

• 기존에는 title 속성이 적용된 div 카드에 마우스 호버 시에만 툴팁이 표시되어, 마우스를 사용할 수 없는 키보드 사용자나 스크린 리더 사용자는 해당 툴팁(프로젝트 전체일수, 계획진척률, 실적진척률 설명)에 접근할 수 없었습니다.
• 이를 해결하기 위해 비대화형 요소가 키보드 탭 이동 흐름에 포함되도록 개선했습니다.

📸 Before/After

• Before: 키보드의 Tab 키로 이동 시 요약 지표 카드(.meta-value-card)를 건너뛰고 바로 자동저장 연결 버튼 등으로 이동합니다.
• After: Tab 키로 이동 시 요약 지표 카드에 초점이 맞춰지며 브라우저 기본 툴팁이 표시되고, 파란색 테두리(outline)를 통해 현재 초점 위치를 시각적으로 확인할 수 있습니다.

♿ Accessibility

• tabindex="0": 키보드(Tab 키) 네비게이션으로 툴팁이 있는 비대화형 요소에 접근할 수 있게 합니다.
• role="note": 스크린 리더가 단순 div가 아닌 의미 있는 보충 설명(note) 영역으로 인식할 수 있도록 시맨틱한 컨텍스트를 부여했습니다. (상호작용 기능이 없는 요소에 tabindex="0"만 단독으로 사용하는 것은 a11y 안티패턴이므로 역할을 명시했습니다.)
• :focus-visible: 키보드 초점 시에만 포커스 링을 표시하여 마우스 사용자의 시각적 방해를 줄이면서도 키보드 사용자의 사용성을 보장했습니다.
