외부 웹훅 발송 시 fetch가 사용자 입력 URL을 맹목적으로 호출합니다. 이를 통해 공격자가 웹훅 대상 URL을 localhost (127.0.0.1, ::1) 또는 클라우드 메타데이터 서비스(169.254.169.254)와 같은 내부 네트워크 자원으로 설정하여 서버 사이드 요청 위조(SSRF) 공격을 수행할 수 있습니다.

🔧 해결 방안

node:dns/promises와 node:net의 BlockList를 사용하여 요청을 보내기 전(pre-flight)에 URL을 검증하는 로직을 추가했습니다.

입력된 URL의 호스트네임을 DNS로 먼저 확인합니다.
반환된 IP 주소가 내부망(Loopback, Private IP 등)에 속하는지 BlockList를 통해 엄격하게 차단합니다.
fetch 옵션에 redirect: 'error'를 설정하여 HTTP 리다이렉션을 통한 IP 검증 우회를 방지합니다.
모든 실패는 기존의 재시도 로직에 맞게 올바르게 기록되도록 처리했습니다.

✅ 검증 방법

npm run test:api 스크립트를 통해 정상적인 웹훅 발송 및 실패 기록 로직이 예상대로 동작하는지 확인했습니다.
E2E 및 단위 테스트를 수행하여 회귀가 없음을 확인했습니다.
