Per-employee public holiday calendar with Google Calendar import #112
Assign a public-holiday calendar to each employee (e.g. "Austria – Christian holidays"), since employees in one workspace can live in different countries or regions.
Import holiday calendars from Google Calendar (or any iCal/ICS URL).
Public holidays reduce the expected hours on that day and appear in the dashboard and planning views.
Current Behavior
There are no holiday tables. The calendar integration endpoints and the iCal feed exist only in the API spec and return 501 Not Implemented.
Additional Context
Not part of Toggl; if it's out of scope for core, it would be a good candidate for a plugin (see #106). Importing a plain ICS URL would avoid needing Google OAuth on self-hosted instances.
Keeping this open for scope evaluation. Per-employee holiday assignment, reducing expected working hours, and importing Google Calendar/ICS feeds are separate requirements; support for one does not imply the others.
The expected-hours behavior depends on the work-schedule semantics in #111. No implementation or import mechanism is committed yet, and this is not contingent on a promised plugin platform.
