Add editable keyed-query forms

• Add query input forms that submit exact string or Guid arguments to an optional-single query, with visible validation, loading, result, and not-found states. (Support optional-single keyed queries with explicit Scene inputs #39)
• Add identity-aware query registration that detects ambiguous bindings while remaining compatible with existing query views. (Support optional-single keyed queries with explicit Scene inputs #39)
