Support explicit native command forms

• Let Scene command forms bind exact String and Guid inputs and submit through the native Arc form, showing unsupported required properties instead of silently omitting them. (Screen: cross-repo build order and dependency map #7)
• Rebind mounted forms when their registered command changes, so submissions use the current proxy and authorization. (Screen: cross-repo build order and dependency map #7)
