chore: fix poetry lock file

current poetry version seams to be incompatible to our dependency checker, or the lockfile is just broken.

lets upgrade poetry -- https://github.com/CycloneDX/cyclonedx-python/blob/master/.github/workflows/python.yml#L33
and upgrade the lock file.
