   The key problem is the first line of your log. It seems be the problem of DNS. 99% of people come accross the same problem.
   You can ensure this problem by opening the url on your browser without proxy. If you fail, it is right.

   You can set 127.0.0.1 as your primary dns server, 8.8
   8.8 as your alternative dns server in your computer, then use command "nslookup google.com 127.0.0.1" in cmd. If it returns right result, dnscrypt-proxy works and your dns queries are encyptted.
