Summary

Let maintainers add or edit hackathon entries directly, outside the submission/scraper pipeline.

Contexts

Simple admin-only flow for one-off manual additions.

Admin form to add a hackathon directly
Admin form to edit an existing entry

Only maintainers can access this flow
Manually added entries behave the same as approved submissions
