Summary

Set up the hackathon_win table.

Contexts

Depends on the hackathon table from #675 . Needs to support both DevCard user_ids and plain-text names for team members who aren't registered yet.

Tasks

  • Create hackathon_win table per spec
  • Support mixed team_members array (uuid + text names)
  • Support free-text hackathon name as a fallback for historical wins not in the map DB

Acceptance Criteria

  • Migration runs cleanly
  • A win can be submitted with a mix of registered and unregistered teammates
  • Tests added
  • docs updated
