The 1.59.0 and 1.60.0 notes (1.58.1 too) show no removal or rename of `OpenAIModel`, `client_args`, `ModelThrottledException`, `ModelRetryStrategy` or the exception wrappers. 1.60.0 does change `OpenAIModel` internals (usage read from the `finish_reason` chunk, a `reasoningContent` warning), which sit next to the adapter's `stream` override, and the compare diff would not load, so I read only the notes. The `feat(context)!` break and the Gemini 429 change don't touch the adapter.
