I found no removed, renamed or retyped symbol in 3.25.0–3.31.0 for AsyncOpenAI(base_url, api_key, default_headers, http_client, max_retries). The one item next to the adapter is the 3.30.0 streaming fix, which drains the response briefly after `[DONE]` on async HTTP/1.1 streams, so check streaming through the bridge after the bump. I read the release notes and that commit, but the full compare diff would not load (too large), so a change that isn't in the notes could have been missed.
