Simplifies Autopilot into an Inbox-first guided flow with model selection, safe defaults, durable accept-to-queue recovery, and held-PR disclosure.
Adds Android PWA notification diagnostics and fixed owner-only delivery/proposal tests, preserves 90-day terminal Inbox retention with pinned and active exemptions, and hardens concurrent acceptance plus Emergency Stop behavior.
