… fixes Translates the Action Bars Assisted Highlight/Button Overlay settings, the per-module font Outline override tooltips, DataBars Combat Status block, Resource Bars Moonkin form threshold, QoL Cursor combat-only tooltips, the Player Aura Bars debuff type icon section, and a few smaller Raid Frames, Textures, and Quickdraw strings. Also updates the QoL right-click targeting tooltip for its new added note, and drops the Damage Meters Align Text Left entries now that the option itself was removed.
