Projects can list their team in the front matter (`team:`, the same block in the DE and EN file, optionally per phase): member ids from _data/team.yml plus a role from the new _data/project_roles.yml. The project page then shows a "Team" box beside the text (below it on narrow screens): the contact person first with e-mail and phone, then everyone sorted by role and last name, former staff marked as such, and long teams folded behind small portraits with "+N". Each card links to the person on the team page, which unfolds the former-staff grid when needed. Every member and alumni entry gets a stable `id`. _plugins/project_team.rb resolves the lists and warns about unknown ids and about DE/EN files whose teams differ. Projects without a team look as before. Refs #37
Taken from the project pages on Pure (persons and their PI / CoPI / CoI roles), for the people on the team page or in the alumni list; people outside the group are left out. PI became "lead"; co-investigators got the role of their team category (professor, senior researcher for the research project managers, researcher, student assistant).

Each project page can now show who worked on the project and in which role, in a "Team" box beside the text, with a contact person on top. The teams of 15 projects are filled in, taken from Pure.

What
team:), next to runtime, partner and funder, and like those in both files (DE and EN, identical block). Each entry is amember(id from_data/team.yml) and arole, optionallycontact: trueandyears. A phase inprojects:can carry its ownteam:if the team changed. A person can have a different role in every project._data/team.ymlhas a stableid(slug of the name, kept on renames, e.g.helga-billensteiner)._data/project_roles.ymlholds the fixed vocabulary with DE/EN labels (German gendered) and the sort order: project lead, professor, senior researcher, researcher, PhD student, student assistant._includes/project-team.html, styles inprojects.css): the contact person first with photo, e-mail and phone (contact: true, otherwise the first current project lead), then everyone sorted by role and last name. Former staff get a "Former staff" / "Ehemalig" marker and no contact details. More than five people are folded behind small portraits with "+N". On narrow screens the box moves below the text. Projects without a team look exactly as before.#member-<id>/#alumni-<id>); the folded former-staff list opens automatically._plugins/project_team.rbresolves the ids and warns during the build about unknown member/role ids and about projects whose DE and EN files list different teams.Sources

team.ymlare possible). Whether external partners should be listable is still the open question from the issue.Testing
jekyll buildruns without warnings; all 15 projects show the team box in DE and EN. The warnings for an unknown id and for different DE/EN teams were triggered with temporary test data (removed again).Screenshots
