Feature Request: Add Support for Command Code Harness #1614

It would be useful for OpenSpec to add direct first-class support for Command Code as an AI coding harness.

I'm a huge fan of Command Code and have been daily driving it as my main workhorse harness for coding. And I've been enjoying using OpenSpec's SDD with OpenCode integration as well. So I would really appreciate having first-class support for Command Code. Since openspec init does not yet list Command Code or at least recognize it as a fully supported coding harness. Though it does support the open .agents/skills standard and I can technically use openspec skills inside of command code, I don't think I can use the new /opsx command/standard.
