The FAQ still said SQL was not supported. Point it at the JDBC interface and note that joins are planned there, not in the record-oriented API.

The FAQ still said there was no query language. I updated the SQL and joins answers to match the JDBC / Relational Layer docs, and left the record-oriented API notes in place.
The README on main already describes the SQL interface, so I did not change it.
Fixes #3505
