feat(epic): parody advertisements — LLM-authored joke ads with a pre-rendered Ads library #380

Description

@genwave-radio

THOUGHTS 2026-08-06 (the midnight-brain-cells one). Fake/parody ads — fictional companies, 555 numbers — are among the most RADIO things addable; they make it a station, not a playlist with a narrator. Also an interesting seam a commercial edition could later use for real ads. Shape: LLM-created ad copy → validation → multi-voice render → a persistent Ads library rotated on air (configurable: unique-ad count, plays per hour, refresh every X days/weeks/months). Owner-authored ads too, through an editor with rule-checking (language/profanity unless mature station, length rules). Pre-rendered is CRITICAL (the demo-box render-budget history — never ad-hoc multi-voice renders competing with lead-ins on a fenced core); the generate→validate→render→library pipeline mirrors the existing SafeSegmentAuthor authored-asset path — not starting cold. Guardrails: prompt for absurdist FICTIONAL brands + a cheap real-brand-collision check ('Coka-Cola presents' is a bad day). Dean's wife has real radio copywriting templates (30/60-second spot structure, taglines, CTA beats) — structure beats 'write a funny ad'. Likely a sprint or two; /explore before build.
