Error Connecting Client to Server: Invalid Stream Header

When connecting to a Server the client tries to connect, but fails with error like:
invalid stream header: 52FAA4D1

After a few times without changing anything connecting works.

Should be fixed in branch develope. Initalisation vector was generated randomly ( https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9577141/ioexception-invalid-stream-header-when-using-sealedobject-getobject ).
Needs to be tested.
