JSON to YAML

Convert all JSON configs to YAML on saving, and work with YAML in future.
The conversion code will be removed after a while

I'm not sure it's one of the priority issues. I appreciate that you have noticed my project, but this one seems too minor to implement, unfortunately. I'll remove the label, sorry.
I still had no time to sort and review labels, and simple renamed one of them.
