[BUG] STM will display all strings in extremely large font when toggling between monitors of different resolutions #557

STR:

1. Configure system to have 2 monitors with the following resolutions (any 2 different resolutions should suffice): Monitor 1: UHD/4K, Monitor 2: 1080p
2. Launch STM with Windows only using the UHD/4K monitor
3. Use Win+P to switch Windows to use only the 1080p monitor
4. Notice that STM will use an extremely large font on the 1080p monitor
5. Notice also, that if the user has set STM to use a custom popup position, that position will no longer be what the user desired

Recommendations:

1. Maintain font size regardless of screen resolution
2. Translate custom position to any resolution (alternatively, define the custom position as an offset from the monitor's lower-right corner)
3. Also be aware that different monitors connected to the same system can have different DPIs
