Confirmed that this package https://github.com/go-yaml/yaml/tree/v2 is the package from go.dev: https://pkg.go.dev/gopkg.in/yaml.v2 and is archived. Further confirmed the new package is also on go.dev: https://pkg.go.dev/go.yaml.in/yaml/v2 |

This replaces the unmaintained gopkg.in/yaml.v2 library with its maintained fork go.yaml.in/yaml/v2 from https://github.com/yaml/go-yaml/tree/v2/. For that, direct usage was updated.
Modules go-i18n and gomega were updated to their latest versions that do the same for the v3 version. testify is still thinking, debating, waiting (stretchr/testify#1724 / stretchr/testify#1772) which is why the indirect dependency on gopkg.in/yaml.v3 stays.
