Pass reduced operator/problem and initial reduced state as arguments to solver updaters

Pass the reduced operator/problem and initial reduced state as arguments to tensor network solver updaters, which is the design in ITensorTDVP.jl. Currently the reduced operator/problem is passed as a keyword argument.
